Jefferson High School Student Council hosted a “Battle of the Classes” tree decorating
contest this week. The Interfaith Thrift Shop donated the trees seniors, juniors, sopho-
mores, freshmen and the MH class decorated with ornaments and items to be donated to
the Delphos Community Christmas Project. Council member DeLannie Hicks came up
with the idea to donate the trees and their contents to the project, according to advisor
Stephanie Braun. The MH class was declared the winner today. With the tree are, from
left, Brandon Harruff, Robert Brown, Bradley Harruff and Tyler Brown.
Seniors with their tree are, from left, Dulton Moore, Kristin Klausing and Kristy
Schuerman. The senior tree took fourth place.
