NOTICE OF APPEAL
Defendant -Appellant, by counsel, hereby files this Notice of
Appeal from the Decision dated 11 October 2017 and Order denying
defendant’s Motion for Reconsideration dated 22 February 2018 of
this Honorable Court in the above-entitled case, a copy of which was
received by the Defendant-Appellant on 24 October 2017 and March
1, 2018, respectively and appeals the same to the Court of Appeals,
Manila City for being contrary to law, facts and jurisprudence.

Attached to this Notice of Appeal is a Postal Money in the

amount of Four Thousand Forty Pesos (P4, 040.00) as payment of the
docket and other lawful fees.
