Bacon Deviled Eggs Onion Dip from Scratch

Ingredients
 2 tablespoons olive oil

 1 1/2 cups diced onions


Directions  1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Mash 6 hard-boiled egg yolks, 2 tablespoons  1 1/2 cups sour cream
 3/4 cup mayonnaise
mayonnaise or yogurt, 1 1/2 teaspoons spicy mustard,
 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon relish and 1/2
 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
teaspoon paprika. Fill the egg whites with the yolk
 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
mixture. Top with chopped chives and crumbled
cooked bacon. Directions
In a saute pan over medium heat add oil, heat and add onions and
salt. Cook the onions until they are caramelized, about 20
minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Mix the rest of
the ingredients, and then add the cooled onions. Refrigerate and
stir again before serving.

appetizer or a party! Secure the roll ups with toothpicks, and
cut them into bite size pieces."

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Spread


baguette slices on a baking sheet.
2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Cook and stir red
onion until it starts to soften, about 5 minutes. Cover and
cook, stirring occasionally, until completely soft, about 10
minutes. Uncover and pour in red wine; increase heat and
