6.2 Configurable Inputs Management
It is possible to set the inputs IN2, IN5, IN6, IN8 e IN9 based on the value of the respective management parameters (P74,
P70, P72, P71 e P76).
6.2.1 Door Sensor
In case of open door, on the panel appears the message 'Port', the Auger turns off, and, if the system isn’t in Off or Standby
state, the Combustion Fan goes at P22 speed. If the door is open for more than T92 seconds the system goes in Block with
error Er44. If the input is set but not used jumper the relative pins.
6.2.2 Pellet Thermostat
When the contact is open, there is a flame return:
 the system goes in Block (with alarm message Er06)
 if
– P36, P44, P48 or P52 are equal to 17 (product with 2 Augers) the Auger stops and the Auger 2 is On for the
time T34
– P36, P44, P48 or P52 are equal to 1 (product with one Auger and Safety Valve) the Auger stops and the
Safety Valve closes
– P36, P44, P48 or P52 are equal to 1 and 17 (product with 2 Augers and Safety Valve) the Auger stops, the
Safety Valve closes and the Auger 2 is always On until the Thermostat closure
– P36, P44, P48 or P52 are different from 1 and 17 (product with one Auger) the Auger is On for the time T34
 If the product has got only one Auger and the Combustion Fan is Off, the Thermostat Pellet activates at V12 speed.
6.2.3 Room Thermostat
Setting the parameter Enables A01 it is possible to:
 A01=0
contact closed: the system goes in Ignition
contact open: the system goes in Extinguishing
 A01=1
contact closed: the system goes in Run Mode
contact open: the system goes in Modulation
 A01=2
contact closed: the system goes in Run Mode
contact open: the system goes in Standby
 A01=3
contact closed: the system activates the Pump
contact open: if the temperature value of the water in the Boiler is over the thermostat Th19 the system blocks the
Pump until the reaching of the thermostat Th21.
 A01=4
contact closed: the system activates the Pump and goes in Run Mode
contact open: the system goes in Standby and blocks the Pump as in the 3 case
 A01=5
contact closed: Heating Fan is working regularly
contact open: if A11=0 the Heating Fan is Off, if A11=1 it goes to Power 1
If there is water sanitary demand and the Pump is used also for the sanitary, then it is not blocked by the Room Thermostat.
6.2.4 Flow Switch
Enable one of the configurable inputs as flow switch if is selected a plumbing plant that demands it (P26=0, 1, 5, 6). If the
input is not used short circuit the relative pins.
6.2.5 Pellet Sensor
Enable one of the configurable inputs if a pellet sensor is needed.
If the sensor is the type with DC voltage output:
 If the signal of the output is over 5V, connect it only to IN9; this input can support voltage until 12V. Sensors with
an output above 5V can be connected to every Input. The controller can support only PNP sensor type.
 Connections (see section 1 for GND Pin, signal and power)
Input 2 pin 17-18-31
Input 5 pin 24-25-31
Input 6 pin 26-27-31
Input 8 pin 38-39-43
Input 9 pin 40-41-43
If the sensor is a free contact type, connect it as indicated in the connection table.
If the sensor is selected but not used, leave the pins free, those showed as free connections, if P09=1, otherwise if P09=0
short circuit the relative pins.

Pag. 21 / 41 DMANE01000034-Manual System100_Full_Hydro_LCD_STD2

6.2.6 Buffer Probe
Enable one of the configurable inputs as Buffer Probe if a selected plumbing plant demands it (P26=2, 3, 4). If it is selected
but not used, leave the pins free.
6.2.7 Limit Switch Cleaning Brazier Engine
Enable one of the configurable inputs as limit switch if it needs to be set as a Cleaning Brazier Engine configurable output
6.2.8 Room Probe

Room Thermostat reached: the system goes in Extinguishing
 A01=1
Room Thermostat not reached: the system goes in Run Mode
Room Thermostat reached: the system goes in Modulation
 A01=2
Room Thermostat not reached: the system goes in Run Mode
Room Thermostat reached: the system goes in Standby
 A01=3
Room Thermostat not reached: the system activates the Pump
Room Thermostat reached: if the temperature value of the water in the Boiler is over the thermostat Th19 the
system blocks the Pump until the reaching of the thermostat Th21.
 A01=4
Room Thermostat not reached: activates the Pump and goes in Run Mode
Room Thermostat reached: the system goes in Standby and blocks the Pump as in the 3 case
 A01=5
Room Thermostat not reached: Heating Fan is working regularly
Room Thermostat reached: if A11=0 the Heating Fan is Off, if A11=1 it goes to Power 1
If there is water sanitary demand and the Pump is used also for the sanitary, then it is not blocked by the Room Probe.
6.2.9 Primary Air Regulator
In case of a Primary Air Regulator is used connect as follows:

The Regulator reads the Air Flow Speed in the induction pipe of the Stove/boiler. The reading range is 0÷2000. In case of
not connected sensor the Speed value is 0. It is possible to use a Differential Pressure Sensor or a Flow Switch.
With the use of a Differential Pressure switch:
 it must be mounted horizontally with the available fixing flask
 the connections for the pressure reading (see fig. particulars 1 and 2) must be oriented towards the low part.
For the reading connect P2 (see fig. particular 2); free connector P1.
 connections with board 31=+12V; 27=SEG; 26=GND

Legend
1 Pressure connection P1 (high pressure)
2 Pressure connection P2 (low pressure)
3 Electrical connections

Functioning:
The aim of regulator, by acting on the Auger and Combustion Fan, is to keep the air flow constant for each working power
in order to optimize the combustion. The regulator is on only in Run Mode and Modulation states; if A72=1 it works also in
Fixed Ignition, Variable Ignition and Stabilization. For correct use, proceed as follows. For correct use, proceed as follows:
1. Switch on the system and deactivate the regulator (A24=0). In Normal and Modulation control the combustion air speed
for all the used powers.
2. After finding the optimal values set:

Pag. 22 / 41 DMANE01000034-Manual System100_Full_Hydro_LCD_STD2

 The air flow set values for each power (parameters FL22÷FL33).
 The air flow variation delta respect to the set value for each power (parameters FL52÷FL63).
 The interval time for the combustion regulation (parameter T19, considering that less the time is, less readings
are made by the system).
 Waiting time with regulator out of the minimum or maximum range before using another output or signalling the
failed regulation (parameter T20).
 Waiting time before the first regulation (parameter T80).
 Type of combustion regulation to make (parameter A24)
 Regulation step for each output (U60 and C60)
 Regulation priority on the selected outputs (function on only if selected a configuration of A24 with two adjustable
outputs). Setting the parameter A31 it has:
A31=0 -> the regulator starts to regulate the first output and, if requested, it does the second one, but it comes
back to the first.
A31=1 -> the regulator starts to regulate the first output and, if requested, it does the second one, but it
remains on the last output.
 The functioning of the system in case of failed regulation of the outputs. Setting the parameter A25 it has:
A25=0 -> in case of failed regulation, the selected outputs continue to work with the last values calculated by
the regulator.
A25=1 -> in case of failed regulation, the regulator is initialised and starts again for a new attempt of Regulation.
A25=2 -> in case of failed regulation, the regulator is deactivated, the selected outputs continue to work with
the house parameters and on the display appears Er17.
3. Turn off and restart the system with the regulator enabled. The first intervention of regulation will be after T80 seconds.
The system reads the speed of the air flow for the time T19 and verify if it is within range FL2X ± (FL2X * FL5X). If
this does not occur, the controller changes the set values of Combustion Fan and/or Auger. Regulation will be done in
this way on the outputs:
 Read air flow value lower than air flow set
Combustion Fan speed is increased of U60 until P30 value
Auger’s speed/time on is decreased of C60 until P27 value
 Read air flow value greater than air flow set
Combustion Fan speed is decreased of U60 until P14 value
Auger’s speed/time on is increased of C60 until P05 value
The regulator can be described into 2 modality:
 Single output regulation (A24=1 or 3)
The regulator modifies the set value and if it can keep it within limits (P14 and P30 for the Fan, P27 and
P05 for the Auger), the system works normally. If the value reaches the minimum or maximum value for the
regulated output, without fall within the limits of air flow, the regulator waits the time T20 after that, if
A25=0, the controller continues with the current data, if A25=1 it resets and starts again from the beginning,
if A25=2 it disables itself and message Er17 appears on display.
 Two outputs regulation (A24=2 or 4)
The regulator modifies the set value of the primary output and if it can keep it within limits (P14 and P30
for the Fan, P27 and P05 for the Auger), the system works normally. If the value reaches the minimum or
maximum value for the regulated output without fall within the limits of air flow, the regulator waits the time
T20 after that, it starts to regulate the second output. If also the regulation of the second output reaches its
minimum or maximum value without the air flow is within the limits, after the time T20, if A25=0, the
controller continues with the current data, if A25=1 it resets and starts again from the beginning, if A25=2
it disables itself and message Er17 appears on display.
4. If the regulator is interrupted by random events that force to change the combustion, such as Periodic Cleaning, then,
when the system returns on the previous state, the regulator will wait for a period equal to T80 before the first regulation.
5. If on display appears the message Er39 the sensor is damaged, the regulation is disabled and the outputs will work with
the factory settings.
6. If on display appears the message Er42 the maximum air flow is exceeded (FL40) and the system goes in Block.
7. If the Air Flow Sensor is enabled to work and the time T01 isn’t set to zero, the system checks the air flow detected. If
all tests are passed, the system exits the Check Up and starts the Ignition phase.
Test 1: Minimum Air Flow in Check Up
If the flow saved at the end of Check Up is less than FL20 the system goes in Extinguishing and on display appears the
message Er41. If FL20=0 if the test isn’t done.
Test 2: Forced Draught Low
Based on the value of the parameter A71 it is possible to set the test result.
The fan is set to the speed V71 and the air flow value must exceed the threshold FL71 within a time T72 to a time of
validation at least equal to T73.
If during the time T73 the air flow decreases under FL71, the time T72 is again waited. If the air flow value read is less
than FL71, on display appears the error message Er41; if the value read is greater FL71 the test is passed.
Set A71=0 to skip the test.

Pag. 23 / 41 DMANE01000034-Manual System100_Full_Hydro_LCD_STD2

Test 3: Forced Draught High
Based on the value of the parameter A70 it is possible to set the test result.
The fan is set to the speed V70 and the air flow value must fall below the threshold FL70 within a time T70 to a time
of validation at least equal to T71.
If during the time T71 the air flow exceeds FL70, the time T70 is again waited. If the air flow value read is greater than
FL70, on display appears the error message Er57; if the value read is less FL70 the test is passed.
Set A70=0 to skip the test.
NOTE:
If the user changes the Auger and Fan settings with the Calibration, the regulator will consider the new values
obtained as starting values for the combustion management. The values of each power, except Ignition and
Stabilization powers, obtained from regulation are stored by the system and used as starting values for the following
settings. These values are deleted (and the system will restart from the value of the parameters set by the
manufacturer) if the combustion recipe of or the value of the parameter A24 are changed or in case of lack of power.
6.2.10 External Chrono
The contact is configured as External Chrono: at the closure of the contact the System goes in Ignition; at the opening the
System goes in Extinguishing.

6.3 Configurable Outputs Management

It is possible to configure the outputs V2, Aux1, Aux2 and R setting the parameter P36, P44, P48 and P52.
6.3.1 Pellet Safety Valve
The output is on when the Auger is enabled to work (Check Up, Ignition, Stabilization, Run Mode, Modulation, Safety); the
Auger will be on only at the end of timer T40.
Preheating phase of the Ignition phase will only start if the timer T40 expires.
6.3.2 Load Pellet Engine
When the Pellet Level Sensor signals the absence of pellet, the output is activated to do the loading of the tank. If in a time
T24 is not reached the set pellet level, the system goes in Extinguishing and the display shows the message Er18. If the
tank is filled manually, it is possible to reset the error and restart the system. If the set pellet level is reached, the loading of
the material continues for a time equal to T23.
6.3.3 Output under Thermostat
The output is managed by Th56 Thermostat. If the exhaust temperature is greater than Th56 the output is on, otherwise
is off.
6.3.4 Cleaning Engine
The output is on for the time T30 when the system reaches the number of minutes of operation (parameter T31) in Run
Mode and Modulation and for the time T16 during the final cleaning of Ignition Recover and Extinguishing and for the time
T58 during the final cleaning of Standby.
6.3.5 Combustion Fan 2
The output is on when the Combustion Fan 1 is On and its power is the same of the Combustion Fan 1.

6.3.6 Heating Fan
It has the following functioning:
 If exhaust temperature is greater than Thermostat T07 at the end of T69, it goes at maximum power (99%)
 If the user set a power different from 0:
o it will be On only if exhaust temperature is greater than Th05 Thermostat
o In Modulation for Room Thermostat or Chrono if A11=0 the fan is Off, if A11=1 the fan goes at Power 1
o In Standby for Room Thermostat or Chrono if A03=0 the fan is Off, if A03=1 the fan goes at Power 1
o In Ignition if A08=0 the fan is Off, if A08=1 the fan goes at Power 1
o In every state with A01=5, for Room Thermostat if A11=0 the fan is Off, ,if A11=1 the fan goes at Power 1
If the user chooses the automatic mode of heating, the system selects the power. By setting the parameter P06 in the
Default Settings, it is possible to manage the heating power:
 P06=1 (Same as Combustion Power)
The Heating power is the same as Combustion power.
 P06=2 (Proportional to exhaust temperature)
The system selects the heating power according to the value of exhaust temperature, of Th05 Thermostat and of
parameter D04 (D04 has to be a multiple of the powers’ number less one).
Example: Th05= 60°C, D04=100 °C, P03=5
 Exhaust temperature < Th05 Heating Fan is off.
 Exhaust temperature > Th05+D04=160 °C the system goes to maximum Power, Power 5.
 Th05< Exhaust temperature <Th05+D04 the system starting from 60°C, every 25 °C increases one power of
functioning:
Exhaust Temperature (°C) ≤ 60 60 ÷ 84 85 ÷ 109 110 ÷ 134 135 ÷ 159 ≥ 160
Heating Power Off Power 1 Power 2 Power 3 Power 4 Power 5
 P06=3 (Proportional to room temperature)
The system selects the heating power according to the value of room temperature, of Th05 Thermostat and of parameter
D05 (D05 has to be a multiple of the powers’ number less one). If the Room Probe is not selected and the automatic
heating is selected, the heating power is the same of the combustion power.
Example: Room thermostat =30°C, Delta D05=12 °C, P03=5
 Room temperature < Room Thermostat–D05=18 °C, the Fan goes to Power 5
 Room temperature > Room Thermostat–D05 the power of the Heating Fan from 18 °C, every 3 °C, is
decreased by one:
Room Temperature (°C) ≤ 18 18 ÷ 20 21 ÷ 23 24 ÷ 26 27 ÷ 29
Heating Power Power 5 Power 4 Power 3 Power 2 Power 1

6.3.7 Air Valve

The output is on if Combustion Fan is on.
6.3.8 Errors Signaller
The output is on if the system is in Block state.
6.3.9 Cleaning Engine 2
The output is on for the time T75 when the system reaches the number of minutes of operation in Run Mode and Modulation
equal to time T76. It is on also during the final cleaning of Extinguishing and Recover Ignition for the time T16 and during
the final cleaning of Standby for the time T58.
6.3.10 Pump P1
The output controls the Pump P1 of the Plumbing System
6.3.11 Electro valve or Pump P2
The output controls the Electro valve or Pump P2 of the Plumbing System
6.3.12 Auger 2
The output is always on when the Auger 1 is enabled to work and it will be off, compared to the switch off of the first Auger,
only at the end of timer T27.
6.3.13 Igniter
The output is on according to the functioning of the system (see section 5)
6.3.14 Cleaning Engine Brazier
The cleaning engine brazier has the following function:

Pag. 25 / 41 DMANE01000034-Manual System100_Full_Hydro_LCD_STD2

 Extinguishing, Recover Ignition, Standby, before the phase of cleaning. The fans and the augers are disabled;
cleaning is repeated P83 times. To disable the cleaning in this phase, set P83=0.
 Cyclically when the pause time in Normal mode and Modulation mode exceeds the value of the parameter T87.
The parameters of combustion don’t change; the cleaning is repeated P49 times. To disable it set P49=0.
The management of engine Brazier can happen in two ways:

 Management Limit Switch Engine P83=2 :

Phase Description
The system activate the engine and check the state of limit switch: when it is open moves to
Phase 1 phase 2. If at the ending of the timer T86 the limit switch it’s still closed, the systems goes in
block with error Er25.
The maximum duration of this phase is T86 seconds: during this time the engine must have
concluded its cycle and come back at the starting position. At the end of this, the system goes
Phase 2
at phase 3. If at the time limit of T86 the switch limit it’s still open the system goes in block
state with error Er25.
If the number of cleaning cycles set is greater than one starts another cycle of cleaning,
Phase 3
otherwise the motor is switched off.
If during normal operation the temperature controller should read the switch limit open, the brazier engine is activated to
try closing the contact; If this fails over time T86, the system goes into block state with error message Er25.
In state of OFF and Block for security reasons the engine it’s always lock.
 Management without Limit Switch Engine P83=0 or 1 :
Phase Description
The system activate the engine for a time equal to T86 seconds: during this time the engine
Phase 1 must have concluded its cycle and come back at the starting position. At the end the system
goes at phase 2
If the number of cleaning cycles set is greater than one starts another cycle of cleaning,
Phase 2
otherwise the motor is switched off.
In state of OFF and Block for security reasons the engine it’s always lock.
6.3.15 Block Auger
The output (which must be a free contact output) is used as a contact protection for the Auger. It has to be connected in
series to the Auger and the contact is always closed when the Auger is enabled to work and it is open when it is not,
furthermore it is open in case of encoder alarms (Er47 or Er48) when P81=1, 2.
6.3.16 Cleaning Engine per Power
The output is on during the periodic cleaning of the brazier, in Check Up and during the final cleaning of the states
Extinguishing, Standby and Recover Ignition.

6.4 Combustion Management

6.4.1 Combustion Fan Speed Management
The parameter P25 sets the modality of speed regulation of the Combustion Fan.
P25=0 Exhaust Fan without Encoder: the speed is defined by the set voltage value [V].
Exhaust Fan with Encoder: the speed is defined by the set number of turns [RPM]. In case of signal presence but
P25=1 regulation failed, the system goes in Block with Er08 alarm. In case of sensor break with absence of the signal,
the system goes in Block with Er07 alarm.
Exhaust Fan with Encoder: the speed is defined by the set number of turns [RPM]. In case of signal presence but
P25=2 regulation failed, the system goes in Block with Er08 alarm. In case of sensor break with absence of the signal,
the system goes in Block with Er07 alarm. After the reset of the Block the system goes automatically to P25=0.
6.4.2 Auger Speed Management
The parameter P81 sets the modality of Auger regulation.
P81=0 Auger without Encoder managed in pause-work (unit express in seconds). The regulation step is 0.1 second.
Auger with Encoder: the speed is defined by the set number of turns [RPM]. In case of signal presence but
P81=1 regulation failed, the system goes in Block with Er48 alarm. In case of sensor break with absence of the signal,
the system goes in Block with Er47 alarm.
Auger with Encoder: the speed is defined by the set number of turns [RPM]. In case of signal presence but
P81=2 regulation failed, the system goes in Block with Er48 alarm. In case of sensor break with absence of the signal,
the system goes in Block with Er47 alarm. After the reset of the Block, the system goes automatically to P81=0.
6.4.3 Combustion Standby
The Standby is a temporary shutdown of the flame due to the attainment of the target temperature of the medium to be

Pag. 26 / 41 DMANE01000034-Manual System100_Full_Hydro_LCD_STD2

heated. The conditions to go in Standby are managed by parameters A01 and A13.
If:
 A01; A52=1if room temperature>Room Thermostat, the system goes in Modulation
 A01; A52=2, 4if room temperature>Room Thermostat, the system goes in Standby
 A13=0if boiler water temperature>Thermostat Boiler, the system goes in Modulation
 A13=1if boiler water temperature>(Boiler Thermostat+D23)when the timer T43 is expired, the system goes in
Standby
To exit Standby set the values of the used thermostats’ hysteresis.
6.4.4 Automatic Combustion Power Management
In the Combustion Power Menu, the user can set the Automatic modality [A]. The work power is automatically selected
according to the water boiler temperature and the value of Boiler Thermostat Th24:
 boiler water temperature≤Th24–D08the system goes to the maximum available power
 Th24–D08<boiler water temperature<Th24the combustion power is chosen proportionally (the greater is the
difference between the water temperature and the thermostat Th24 ,higher will be the chosen power.
 boiler water temperature≥Th24the system goes to Power 1 or, if enabled, at Modulation Power
The parameter d08 must be a multiple of the number of operating powers minus one.
Example: A06=0, Modalità=[A], Thermostat Boiler Th24=60 °C, Delta D08=20 °C, P03=5
Water Temperature (°C) < 40 40 ÷ 44 45 ÷ 49 50 ÷ 54 55 ÷ 59 ≥ 60
Combustion Power 5 4 3 2 1 1 or Mod.

6.4.5 Management Delay Combustion Power Change

When the system exits from the Ignition and goes in Normal, the combustion power, starting from the Power 1, reaches
the target one increasing the value with the delay time as the timer T18.
The other manual or automatic power changes are managed and actuated with the delay time as timer T17.
6.4.6 Pellet Load Correction Management
The user sets the pellet loading ON times/speed with Step – 7 ÷ 7. The parameter P15 is the percentage value of the
single step and is for all the default Working Powers. The values are considered in the range P27÷P05.
P15=10% C03=2,0 C04=3,0 C05=4,0 C06=5,0 C07=6,0 C11=1,0
Example
Step= --1 C03=1,8 C04=2,7 C05=3,6 C06=4,5 C07=5,4 C11=0,9
6.4.7 Combustion Fan Correction Management
The user sets the Combustion fan Speed with Step – 7 ÷ 7. The parameter P16 is the percentage value of the single step
ad is for all the default Working Powers. The values are considered in the range P14÷P30.
P16=5% V03=1000 V04=120 V05=1400 V06=1600 V07=1800 V11=90

Example
Step= +3 V03=1150 V04=138 V05=1610 V06=1840 V07=2070 V11=10
0 35

6.5 Supply Voltage Lack Management

In case of Supply Voltage lack, the system saves the most important functioning data. With the return of the Supply Voltage,
the system evaluates the saved data and:
 If the stove were ON and the Exhaust Temperature more than Th06+d01 the system goes in Ignition Recover.
Pushing the button P2 or K2 it is possible the sudden new system’s Ignition.
 If the stove were ON but the Exhaust Temperature is less than Th06+d01 the system goes in Extinguishing with error
Er15.
 If the stove were OFF, or in Extinguishing or Block, the system returns in the previous state.
 In case of lack of supply for more than a week, the system goes in Block: unlock with button P2 or K2, the TIME value
blinks signalling the necessity to update DATE and HOUR with the function CLOCK.

6.6 Unlock Auger

This function attempts to restart the engine Auger configured with Encoder (P81 = 1 or 2), if it were to be blocked by some
piece of fuel. If the Temperature Controller reads the speed of the auger to zero for a few seconds when it should run, the
latter gives a series of pulses at full speed to try to unlock it. If this does not work, the system switches to extinguishing
mode with error Er47. The pulses have a duration of 2 seconds and the pause time between one pulse and the other is of 6
seconds.

6.7 System Maintenance 1

When the system exceeds the working hours set by the parameter T66 it is notify the user to contact the service to verify

Pag. 27 / 41 DMANE01000034-Manual System100_Full_Hydro_LCD_STD2

the proper functioning of the system. The display shows the message ' Service' and the system goes in Block if P86=1. To
unlock or to disappear the service message if P86=0, it is necessary to reset the counters. To disable the feature set T66=0.
To enable it set T66>0. It will be possible to reset also before T66 expires.

6.8 System Maintenance 2

When the system exceeds the working hours set by the parameter T67 it is notify the user to clean the boiler or the stove.
The display shows the message 'Clean’' and the system gives out an acoustic signal periodically. To stop signalling access to
the Menu Cleaning Reset. To disable this feature set T67=0. To enable it set T67>0

6.9 Extinguishing in Ignition Phase

When the system is turned off during the Ignition phase (after Preheating phase) by an external device or by internal chrono,
it really goes in Extinguishing when it enters the Run Mode at the end of Ignition. On display appears the message " Block
Ignition ". If it occurs an error the system goes immediately in Extinguishing; if the P2 or K2 button is pressed it is possible
to get immediately the system in Extinguishing or in Ignition.

6.10 Periodic Cleaning of Brazier

When the stove is up to speed, or if A61=1 also in Modulation, the system automatically provides at the Periodical Cleaning
Brazier. According to A62 value it has:
 A62=0
At intervals of time equal to the Timer T07 (minutes) and for the duration of the timer T08 (seconds), the values of
Combustion Fan and of the Auger change respective of P92 and P93 to the default values. The minimum and
maximum value reachable are within P14 and P30 for the Fan and P27 e P05 for the Auger; while setting a value
of -100% the relative output will be disabled. If P92=101 the fan is set to P30 value.
Periodic Cleaning, if done for the first time from the entry in Run Mode, starts with a delay of TM08 minutes (if
coming directly from Check Up there will be no delay).
 A62=1
At intervals of time equal to the Timer TM10 (minutes) and for the duration of the timer TM01÷TM07 (seconds
and chosen according to the system’s combustion power), the values of Combustion Fan and of the Auger change,
according to the system’s combustion power, respective PA01÷PA07 and PA11÷PA17 to the default values. The
minimum and maximum value reachable are within P14 and P30 for the Fan and P27 e P05 for the Auger; while
setting a value of -100% the relative output will be disabled. If PA01÷PA07=101 the fan is set to P30 value.
Periodic Cleaning, if done for the first time from the entry in Run Mode, starts with a delay of TM09 minutes (if
coming directly from Check Up there will be no delay).
When the cleaning process is running on the display will appear “Cleaning On”.

6.11 Plumbing Configuration

Setting the parameter P26 it is possible to select the wished Plumbing Plant.
Block of Plant Pump for Room Thermostat/Probe or internal chrono:
 this feature is available if water temperature in the boiler is greater than Th19 Thermostat this feature is not
available in plants different from the 4
 In the configuration 0 and 2 if there is a sanitary water demand the Pump P1 isn’t blocked and if it had previously
been blocked, it is activated again

Fan and Auger management when there is sanitary water demand:

When there is sanitary water demand, the system is in Run Mode and in the automatic management it is working at the

6.13 Sanitary Function

In the plumbing plants with a Flow Switch, if there is demand of sanitary water the Sanitary Function activates, the Boiler
Thermostat becomes equal to the thermostat value Th21-Ih21. When there is no more demand, the Sanitary Function
ends at the running time T68. If the parameter A60=1, this function is available also for plants 2 and 3.
6.14 Pump and Valve Ant-Lock Function
If the Pump is off for the time T42 it will switch on for the time T41. If the Valve is off for the time T42 it will switch on for
the time T46.

6.15 Remote Keyboard

The Remote Keyboard allows remote control

of the system. Its functionality is similar to
the Local keyboard; the sensor on the board
is inserted for detecting the room
temperature and the displayed temperature
is sensed by the sensor.

Connections
On the right is reported the wiring scheme
for connecting the Remote keyboard to the
board SYPlug02, which leads outside the
heater / boiler the connectors RS232 and
RS485 of control board.

During the Combustion Fan test, the display shows the set value [V] or [RPM] and the RPM of the fan detected by the
encoder (if is present): so it is possible to create a conversion table [RPM]/[Volt] to use for the passage from encoder mode
P25=1 to not encoder mode P25=0 in case of encoder breakage.
During the Auger test, the display shows the set value [V] or [RPM] only if the Auger is with encoder. If the Auger is without
Encoder the test is done only ON/OFF.
7.12 Restore Default Value Menu
This feature allows to restore the parameters set by the manufacturer.
To enable this function, use System Evolution software and set the parameter “Restore factory values management” to 1.
