We show gratitude towards our Principal S. M. Godhani and our
faculties who encourage us to take to industrial visit and give us a great
guidance regarding training and instruct us the importance of training in
Menufacturing and service field. So we decide to take visit in “ANMOL
FROZEN PVT. LTD.” (COLD STORAGE).

We are especially thankful to the General Manger of industry Mr.

Anilbhhai Gajera and other faculties who gave the proper guidance to the
student and gave practical based approach learning to students.
 GENERAL INFORMATION
“Anmol Frozen Private Limited” is an unlisted private company
incorporated on 20 June, 2016. The registered office of the company is at
AVASAR INDUSTRIES, SHORTEX PLANT, PLOT NO. 6 , BEHIND.
JYOTI POWER, RAJKOT ROAD, SUKHPUR, JUNAGADH, Junagadh,
Gujarat.

The total paid-up capital is INR 35.00 lac. The company also has secured
loans in the amount of INR 4.15 cr.

The company has 3 directors/key management personnel.

 PURPOSE AND PLACES OF VISIT
Our main purpose for this visit is familiar with industrial
environment and to get practical knowledge and learn where & how we
apply our theoritical knowledge in real application.

The industrial visit to “Anmol Frozen Pvt. Ltd.” started at 10:30 am

on 6 July from OM College of B.B.A. It was organized for 25 students of
B.B.A. There were one bus containing all 25 students and 2 faculties, Prof.
A. P. Thesiya and Prof. M. B. Mandan during visit.

Students visited all the department of the production of different types

bearing in “Anmol Frozen Pvt. Ltd.”. First of all we went in the water
system and first part, in this store Ammonia gas and water are combined
and there are processing with 10o C Temperature required for making cold
gas which is reuired for storage food grains.

Now this amonia gas is a conversion for the cold storage to preserve a
food grains for long times.
Then moving next area that is cold storage area; there are total 4
department and 5 floors in each departments available for preserve of
diffrent food grains with different kinds of temerature and requirements.
Total capacity for preserve food grains is 1,40,000 pouches of groundnut
seeds each of 50 kg weights. They takes monthly Rs. 10/- per month for
per pouch rent from the customer. And pouches of corainder each of 40 kg
weights. They takes monthly Rs. 20/- per month for per pouch rent from
the customer.
 CONCLUSION
The visit certainly was one of the most informative, innovative and
enjoyable one till date for all of us. It gave us a very big opportunity to
enhance our knowledge and experience related to industries and also gave
us the golden chance to get to know about the working of such a world
renowned industry industry, “Anmol Frozen Pvt. Ltd.”

From the visit, we got the information and practical knowledge about
material store. Student got the knowledge about cold treatment,
temperature and process of Material storage. Also they got the idea of
service department.

About 25 students of B.B.A. of Om college of B.B.A. - Junagadh &

faculty named Prof. A. P. Thesiya and Prof. M. B. Mandan benefited from
this as they got chance to discussion with In-charge officer and other
employees who are working at industry.
