The following conditions have been used to calculate the current rating in the catalouge

Ambient air temperature 30 °C


Ground temperature 15 °C

Thermal resistivity of soil(g) 1.2 K.m/W

Depth of burial from ground surface to centre of cable, O.Sm for 600/1 OOOV cables

Voltage drop in consumers' installations

The voltage drop between the origin of an installation and any load point should not be greater than
the values in Table X-01 expresed with respect to the value of the nominal voltage of the installation.

The calculated voltage drop should include any effects due to harmonic currents.
