a. That on or about Saturday, February 1, 2020, the Defendant's now wife was

scrolling through social rnedia and noticed Plaintiff's name appear in a comment

about human trafficking.

b. After further investigation, Defendant learned that Plaintiff is actively being

investigated for fishing individuals on Facebook and social media sites for

money, and Plalntiff is involved in a human trafficking organization.

c. On or about February 4, 2020, Defendant caused to be filed in the Circuit Court

of Desha County, AR, Cause No.: DR-20-4, a Petition for Ex-Parte Order of

Protection on behalf of the minor child, ., dob: This matter is

set for a return hearing in the Circuit Court of Desha County on or about

Tuesday, February 11, 2020. Please see attached hereto as Exhibit A a copy of

the Petition and Order.

d. Upon filing the Petition referred to in Paragraph (c} above, Defendant was

contacted by a Licensed Attorney in the State of Florida, more specifically, Ms.

e. Plaintiff is involved in an organization called the OAnon movement, a man

named Field McConnell (hereinafter "Mr. McConnell), and the Children's

Crusade's (or· Abel Danger) criminal enterprise. These organizations and/or

people are currently being investigated by the FBI and State Authorities. Field

M cConnell is presently incarcerated in Pierce County, Wisconsin pending

extradition to Broward Cou nty, Florida to face three (3) felony charges for

terroristic threats, aggravated stalking, and t hreats to shoot public

f. Mr. McConnell's You Tube Chann~I, Abel Danger, had a tremendous follow,ing by

QAnon followers and other anti-government conspiracy theorist s.! Mr.

McConnell represented to his audience that he had an organization called the

"Children's Crusade" to rescue and give aide to children who were the victims of

child sex trafficking and abuse. McConnell was the director of the fraudulent

organization, and he, Plaintiff, and others solicited substantial donations to the

fraudulent charity.

g. That the Defendant has viewed some of the various Youtube Videos and

recognized the Plaintiff as a caller and participant in Mr. McConnell's channel,

and it was additionally recognized in said videos as said person to be Plaintiff.

h. Plaintiff, through social media, attempts to convince the public that government

officials are systematically kidnapping and abducting children through CPS for

Abel Danger You Tube show weekly as a guest, and Plaintiff is an avid supporter

of the OAnon movement.

i. It is believed that Plaintiff screens individuals from chat rooms and Facebook

groups to find the best guests to put on the Abel Danger show with Mr.

McConnell. The guest will them get an invitation to call the show, speak with

Mr. McConnell on air, and the listening audience will make donations t o the

Children's Crusade. Mr. McConnell on air promises to get the guest's child(ren)

back due_to his alleged direct involvement with Donald Trump and various "task

forces," which are make believe and do not exist.

j. Plaintiff assists "CPS parent victims" with setting up a GofundMe to crowdsource

donations, and the victim is asked to give money to help pay for their own

protection and legal defense.

k. Plaintiff was installed as a Board Member on the Children's Crusade Board of

Directors, and Plaintiff was a primary coordinator of the Children' s Crusade

fraudulent schemes as delegated by Mr. McConnell.

I. A Cindy Abcug was running from the FBI Fugutive Task Force, which was

coordinated and organized by Plaintiff. See attached hereto as Exhibit C Affidavit

of Arrest Warrant of Cindy Abcug (hereinafter "Cindy") in the State of Colorado

wherein Cindy speaks openly about Ryan Wilson (whom at the time was

Plaintiff's boyfriend), Ryan Wilson's involvement with the attempted kidnapping

of a minor child, and there is a video corroborating how the crime was

m. That because of the criminal investigation into Plaintiff and the organizations of

which Plaintiff is on the board of, the Defendant is fearful that the Plaint iff will

attempt to flee the country with the parties' minor child in an attempt to escape

criminal prosecution.

n. Additionally, Defendant is fearful for the safety and care of the minor child

should the minor child remain in Plaintiff's care in custody due to Plaint iff's

involvement and activity in t hese conspiracy groups.

4. For the reasons stated above, the Defen~ant prays that this Court enter an Ex-Parte

Order of Custody granting him emergency custody of the parties' minor child until such

time that this matter can come before the Court for hearing.

S. That the Plaintiff should be ordered to pay a reasonable amount in costs and attorney's

fees for Defendant having to bring this action.

WHEREFORE, t he Defendant, Robert Glenn Chatham, prays that this Court enter an Ex-

Parte Order of Custody; grant him emergency custody of the parties' minor child until such t ime

that this matter can come before this Court for hearing; award the Plaintiff supervised visit ation
