CHAPTER I

SUMMARY OF THE PRODUCT

Name of Enterprise

The proponents come up with "3pid Cupre!" as the business name. The

name pertains to a food stall that offers complete set of meal in a cup. Multi-

variety of rice, Fried dishes and drinks are combined in a cup. The business is

intended to be well convenient not just for students, but also to the other

potential customer namely the residents and workers. We come up with "3pid

Cupre!" as it denotes our product "tipid" and "three" stands for rice, dishes and

drinks.

The business proponents will stand their stall at Road 20 Nagtinig, Floodway

B, Brgy. San Juan, Taytay, Rizal. The store is nearby to residential area and

school. The proponents found great opportunity on exposing their business to

their target market. The students of Dae Han College of business and

Technology.

Descriptive definition of the Study

The "3pid Cupre!" is a food stall that offers a complete set of meal in a cup

with various variety of rice, dishes and drinks. The price of the product is 40

pesos to be reasonable to the part of their market. The proponents chose this

business due to the public demand. Filipinos are known to be a hardwork

person. Sometimes they are so busy to cook food. Therefore, "3pid Cupre!" is

suitable nowadays.

1. To add more branches to reach great number of market

2. To add more laborer who can help us managing our business.

History

The business ideas and concepts comes from the ideas and real

experience of each proponents. The business proponents are also

experiencing difficulties to find convenient and affordable meal inside their

campus.

Nature of the Business

The business enterprise is inline with hybrid industry and it is a kind of

business that offers both products and services. The target market of the

proponents are students, workers and residence who wants a convenient meal.

The proponents decided to put up the business nearer to Dae Han College of

Business and Technology. The business offers a convenient meal that will

surely help those people who doesn’t want to cook their meals. For just only 40

pesos, the customers will be satisfied to the rice, dish and drinks that puts in a

one cup.

Mode of Financing

The mode of financing of business will be coming from each proponent's

own money savings. Each proponent's agreed to contribute P30,000 to attain

P180,000 in necessary to establish a business.

Investing Cost

To be operational in the business, the proponents necessetate to

contribute P30,000 to attain P180,000 as thier capital for business cost.This

includes rent for space, renovation cost, equipment, store supplies, labor,

advertising, promotion, permit and licenses, and other expenses.The excess

capital will be save for other uses.

Feasibility Criteria

The proponents must be socially responsible to understand and consider

the ideas as well as criterias coming from the customers. The proponents will

show their less burdens to operate business and meet the target market. It will

also result to a great possibility of the business to be profitable and successful.

Market Feasibility

Considering the most fundamental factors in establishing a business is

market study. Along side with this, the components to have massive income to

market environment is to offer a great quality service and product for a

reasonable. The "3PidCupre" offers a complete set of meal consisting of multi-

variety of rice, fried dishes and drinks. The proponents target market are

students,teachers and residents. The target market has a minimum purchasing

power in which the enterprise service and product can sufice.

Management Feasibility

This includes the organizational structure of the business. The proponents

assigned different positions based on their potentials and skills. The positions

composed of president, vice president for marketing, vice president for

production, vice president for sales and manager. They will take duties and

responsibilities of their positions.

Technical Feasibility

This business will use technologize equipment to lessen the work

exertion. The "3PidCupre" location is navigatable at Road 20 Nagtinig,

Floodway B,Taytay,Rizal.

Financial Feasibility

The proponents agreed to contribute 30,000 pesos each to have an

investment cost equal to 180,000 pesos. It will be the proponent's capital. It will

also use to make a product and sell it to the market.

Socio-economic Feasibility

The business is not only focusing to be profitable but also care for

economy. The proponent's business will enhance their understanding on how

they can contributeto the economy.
