His point of view about Responsibilities of an
Inspector or Inspection team
It is very important for the civil Engg field. If an inspector will not take his
responsibilities than all the work will be wrong. If an inspector will not
check the field work carefully according his Responsibilities than will be
produced many faults in the project and will be loss for the client (honor
of the project). Therefore responsibilities of an inspector or inspection
team have very importance.

His Experience
he had been work as a inspector or site inspector in the field for 4 years.
He has a lot of experience. He shares an incident with us that he faced in
the field.
Once a time in a project specification were wrong in the slab. He ordered
to site manager to use six bars according per design. But site manager
used four bars while casting a beam in the slab. After casting beam in
slab inspector ordered to replace the beam six bar. Than site manager
broke the beam and cast a new beam by six bars.

Can you describe the main responsibility of an inspector
Ans_ The main responsibility is that doing work according as per
design. Work is done by design in field given by the client. And used the
good material. Skilled labor should be work in the field

How inspector check the material in the field
Ans_ first of all take the sample of material and take into lab. Than do
the slump test on the sample. Than done the destructive test. If the
values are less than 3000 psi than material is good otherwise material
will be rejected and new material will be refers.

How inspector handle the complaints of labours
Ans_ Inspector should hear all the complaints of labour than solve all
the problems. Than he will say to site manager to solve their problems
and in this way site manager solve their problems.

How a inspector suggest to ensure quality of materials
and products
Ans_ He teaches to site manager all the things one by one which are
given as per design.

At finishing project what things are checked by an
inspector
Ans_ Finishing work checking in a presence of a engineer or consultant
, block , plaster , painting , tiling , kitchen cabinets , wardrobes , ceiling
and water proofing.

His point of view about Responsibilities of an
Inspector or Inspection team
Monitoring and administering the quality control and quantity control
and ensuring incorporated materials on construction projects are in
compliance with plans and specifications.

His Experience
He is working in Metro projects at (9 number chungi ) .he shares a
incident with us that he faced in the field.
At 9 number chungi a column was made. After completion the column
the strength test of column was failed that column was very costly. But
they removed that column and construct new column.

Ans_ Assuring the acceptable quality of materials , processes and
workmanship in project work. Follow and maintain Company standards
of quality in accordance with company quality system requirements.

with the clients requirements. Both internal and external control can be
carried out.

Ans_ He said to site manager that excessive machines should be
closed. During this dealing the manners are of site inspector should be
well mannered.
