I refer to your claim for LEFT ANKLE, I have been unable to establish a diagnosis for your
claimed condition based on the available evidence. For diagnostic purposes please arrange for the
imaging to be performed through your General Practitioner.

Please ensure a copy of the radiology report is provided to the Department as soon as practicable,
you are not required to provide the actual films taken.

I cannot proceed any further with your claim until I receive the requested information.
