A new extension of an old arrangement will

soon be on the books for Moorabool libraries.
Currently, the City of Ballarat provides
service support for Moorabool libraries
under an agreement that ran from 2015-2020
and expires in June this year – it replaced
the former Central Highlands Libraries
Organisation.
Now, Moorabool wants to continue the
arrangement with the City of Ballarat for
another five years, and will write to the
Minister for Local Government for an
exemption from having to put the plan to
public tender, letting it negotiate directly
with Ballarat.

FIRST TIME RENTING
Moving out of your family home and into your own place can be an exciting experience.
When you are ready to make a move to go out on your own, Arbee Real Estate is here to
help.
Dealing with first time renting trouble
As a first time renter, you may not have the rental history to support your credibility as a
tenant. Arbee will help you deal with the no-win situation you may be caught up in. Our
clientele includes landlords who are willing to let out their properties to first time renters,
provided they have the appropriate documents.
In addition to rental history, there are a number of things you should consider when
renting a property to avoid making mistakes that could later prove to be costly for you.
The team at Arbee will guide you through the entire process so that you don’t make any
mistakes.

general environment of the region.
What are you looking for in the property? Check the property before you finalise
The idea of moving into your own space can be so exhilarating that you may end up liking Don’t go by photos. Always take time to see the property personally and inspect it before
