2011 Monthly Dues Change as Follows: In the August 2010 survey, the majority of Owners (20 owners / 69%)

voted in
favor of this 2011 dues change below. At the public Board meeting held on 12/5/10, those Board Officers and Owners
present voted on this issue, and the vote was unanimous in favor of this change, as the majority of owners had previously
voted in favor of. So effective 1/1/11, there is no separate $100 Reserve Fund payment for 2011, and the Monthly Dues
have been raised by $8 per month from the previous $85 per month amount, to $93 per month to offset this change. This
change does not affect our Reserve Fund in any way.
