 Terms and Conditions-Student Registration

1. The student is liable to pay tuition fees according to LCSMS fee structure for 2010/2011.

2. In case of fees payment as a bank draft, student has to mention his/her name on the back of
draft to ensure that the fee is going to pay on his/her name.

3. The student must ensure the receipt of payment he/she has made to LCSMS.

4. LCSMS will not refund tuition fee under the following conditions.

a. In case of false representation of any document

b. In case of deportation from UK airports
c. In case of not applying visa to British High Commission
d. After visa approval by the British High Commission

5. The college tuition fees does not include registration and examination fee of awarding body.
However student has to pay registration fees of examination body just after his/her arrival.

6. The student must inform the college about any previous refusal by BHC. If visa is refused by
BHC even on the basis of previous false representation, tuition fee will not be refunded.

7. Once CAS is assigned, it will not be refundable or transferable to other students.

8. The student is advised to see current polices defined by UK Border Agency regarding adult
student’s category. For further details visit LCSMS and UKBA website.

9. The student has to ensure that he/she must have funds for the duration of the study in UK.

10. The student should aware that he/she has to maintain his/her attendance of more than 85%
after commencement of class.

11. The student must inform the college about his/her arrival and report immediately to
complete enrollment process.
