We, ZBOROVSKII V.B., ZBOROVSKA T.M. offer to sell, and citizen SHESTAKOVA Z.S.
offers to purchase the real estate (apartment) located at Nikopol, Shevchenko street 111, app. 25, the
legal description of which is: dwelling place 48.5 sq.m, consisted of corridor, kitchen, habitable room
with dwelling place 17.1 sq.m, habitable room with dwelling place 7.6 sq. m., bathroom, WC, balcony,
loggia, habitable room with dwelling place 23.8 sq. m.
This real estate is in ownership of SELLERS according to the certificate on ownership right on
real estate, issued by Nikopol public ownership committee on 20.10.1993 (register number 821) and
registered by Nikopol CBoTI (register number 4-821-4).
2. The purchase price is fifteen thousand five hundred and eleven UAH, which we, the SELLERS,
received from SHESTAKOVA Z. S. while signing this agreement.
3. The inventory price is equal to 15511 UAH
4. The SELLERS certify that up to present time this apartment was not sold to anyone, was not given
as a present, and was not pawned.
5. All expenses for executing this agreement are paid by both sides.
6. The content of the Article 22, 30 of The Law of Ukraine was explained to both sides.
7. This agreement was made in three copies, one of them is kept in achieves of private notary, another
copies are issued to PURCHASER.
SIGNATURES
24 March, 1998. This agreement was witnessed by me, MAKSYMENKO O.V., the private
notary of Nikopol City Notarial District. The contract was signed by both sides in my presence. The
persons of sides, their availability were defined and also the ownership of the real estate to SELLERS
was checked.
The agreement must be registered at Nikopol City Bureau of Technical Inventory.
