1. Spin Dryer
> To coat and clean the rusty parts
> Change new Spin Dryer window
> Clean Spin Dryer door
> Checklist for WD0 room

2. Facilities
> Clean the reservoir tank and brief all technicians
> New drain reservoir tank with pump and design
> Replace all the Teflon screws and all metallic parts on top of
reservoir tanks
> Modify the pipe and connected to QDR drain reservoir
> Seal the drainage pipe to prevent HCL fumes to backflow into the
tool
> Proper exhaust system for drian reservoir tank
> Cover up with ceiling /Install new ceiling partition for the entire
room include air con system

3. Maintenance
> Cleaning Robot arm base
> Cleaning WD0 ceiling
> Change the corroded wafer drying nozzle and galvanise
> Change tank 1 (SS)
> Identify leaking in WD0 and change the fittings
> Change all corroded metal parts
> Remove all reservoir tanks, change the pumps,valve and filter
> Change robot arm upper part ( railing shaft and hub)
