• Handle the CSR function for CNC and manual manufactured parts at IPS.
This includes estimating, planning, scheduling and purchasing for much of the
production machining jobs in the shop.

· CWI inspections on piping and structural steel (hangers and support structures).

· Inspect all phases of fitting and welding process with new work and facility repairs.

 · Create and Maintain Quality documentation packages related to work as follows.
Drawings, welding procedure’s, welder’s qualification, and project specification and
work Instructions as needed.
· Attend and witness hold point inspections where needed.
· Provide support on new construction with supervision to ensure that processes
comply with Specifications, and resolve deficiencies and non-conformances.
· Checked aspects of a piping to assure coherence with project P&ID’s, such as correct
valve, flow, size, etc...
