WEBTOOLS applied to teaching
I teach English as a Foreign Language and had the chance to try out
in class several webtools as I encountered them. I started
developing projects with blogs: blogs to share extra material, class
blogs where students participated by leaving comments or writing
posts and finally student blogs where each student chose what to talk
about and expressed themselves freely.
http://www.blogtalks2008.blogspot.com/
However, the internet offers much more than creating blogs, it´s a
world of communication resources which don´t cease to grow and are
out there to be explored. They are tools, most of them free, which
can be used by teachers in order to develop projects with students
and finally open the doors of communication with the rest of the
world.
