Sat 29th “Walkin’ Tacos and Fish Rubbing” presented by the
Carrabelle Artist Association at the Franklin County Senior
Center. The fun starts at 11 am & continues until 3 pm. Tacos
& Drink $ 8 in advance, $ 10 door. Fish rubbing on rice paper or
t-shirt (bring plain t-shirt). Proceeds to benefit the Senior

Sat 29th WW II Red Ball Express Truck Day! 11 am-5 pm at the
Camp Gordon Johnston WW II Museum in Carrabelle. See a
famed WW II Red Ball Express truck up close and the special
exhibits on the last day of its month- long program honoring the

conjunction with the 38th Annual SGI Charity Chili Cookoff on

Changes at the Chamber
The Carrabelle Chamber of Commerce announces a change in the top officer for
the Board of Directors. Cher Novaria has stepped down as the President of the
Board after over 8 years of serving as the leader. As the Immediate Past President,
Cher will remain on the Board of Directors until the end of the year.
Interim President, Lewis Christie said “We are so very appreciative of Ms.
Novaria’s years of service to this Board. In recent years, Ms. Novaria’s efforts most
certainly kept the Chamber running as we suffered through a huge economic
downturn in the area”.
In addition to Mr. Christie being elected as the Interim President, Chase Chisolm
was elected as the Interim Vice President. Paul Marxsen will continue to serve as
the Treasurer and Sheri Wesson as the Secretary of the Board of Directors.

the Camp Gordon Johnston Museum or the Carrabelle of

Sun 15th Dice Run All vehicles are welcome, Registration at the
CGJ Museum 12-1:30 pm. $ 15 driver/$ 5 for each passenger. The
Dice Run will conclude by 4:30 pm. Prizes for high & low rollers,

constructing a vehicle display building next to the current
