AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, XXXXXXX, Filipino, of legal age, with office address at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,

after having been sworn in accordance with law, do hereby state:

1. I am one of the authorized representatives of xxxxxxxxxx

(“Developer”) for the application for the License to Sell and
Certificate of Registration of its project, xxxxxxxx (“Project”),
filed before the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board
(“HLURB”).

2. As a requirement for the issuance of the Certification of

Registration and License to Sell in favor of the Developer, the
HLURB requires the submission of Certifications from Local
Water District and MERALCO that the project is within its
franchise/service area.

3. The aforesaid Certifications to be issued by the appropriate office

in favor of the Corporation is being processed/studied.

4. I, on behalf of the Developer, hereby undertake to submit to the

HLUR the aforesaid Certifications in favor of the Corporation
within sixty (60) days from the issuance of the License to Sell.

5. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

statements, and to comply with the HLURB’s requirements for the
issuance of the Certification of Registration and License to Sell
