* The illustrated premium is the sum of Base Premium, Premium on account of Accelerated CI Benefit and Riders (if opted). Premium payment on account of Accelerated CI Benefit shall cease after payment of entire CI Sum Assured. Additionally, future
premiums payable under the policy for Death Benefit will reduce proportionately to the extent of Sum Assured reduced on account of CI claim paid.
** In case an Accelerated Critical Illness Benefit claim has been paid, the Sum Assured shall be reduced to the extent of the claim paid out on account of the Accelerated CI Benefit. Further, in case the Death Benefit option is Sum Assured plus Level
Monthly Income or Sum Assured plus Increasing Monthly Income, then the monthly income shall remain unchanged. The CI Sum Assured will always be paid as a lump sum benefit irrespective of the Death Benefit option selected.
*** If the Death Benefit option is Sum Assured plus Level Monthly Income or Sum Assured plus Increasing Monthly Income, then the total Monthly Income is the sum of all the monthly income that will be payable at payout date of every month from the
