Payment Terms:
20% advance and rest 80% including tax against proforma invoice and inspection, prior to dispatch.

Taxes & Duties:

GST will be charged @ 18% on the basic price of the goods.

Packing & Forwarding:

The price is inclusive of packing & forwarding charges.
Transportation & Freight:
The price is including the freight charges.

Inspection:
Shall be carried out by you at our works within seven days from the date of submission of the
inspection request.

Validity:
This offer is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt.

Warranty:
We hereby guarantee to rectify / replace at our discretion free of cost on the basis of Ex-works,
Rourkela, Odisha. Any component found defective due to workmanship or faulty raw materials
provided the defects, are not due to damage during transit, bad storage, misuse or mishandling of
the equipment at the customer’s site or due to normal wear and tear. This guarantee will be valid
for a period of 3 months from the date of dispatch of the equipment. This guarantee does not
however extend to the items which are not of our manufacture yet incorporated within our system.
Any such item is subject to the maker’s guarantee only and we do not accept responsibility in excess
of that period. Furthermore, guarantee is limited to the replacement of defective piece/ pieces,
whereas the disassembling and mounting of the new parts will be your responsibility.

! Warning ! Improper maintenance may VOID warranty.
