AFFIDAVIT OF NO SALE

I, xxxxxxxxxx, of legal age, Filipino and with office address at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,

after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say, that:

1. I am the xxxxxxxxxxxx of xxxxxxxxxxx (“Developer”).

2. The Developer is the owner/developer of xxxxxxxxx located at xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

(the “Project”) with License to Sell No. xxxxxxx and Certificate of Registration
No. xxxxxxx issued by the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (“HLURB”).

3. The Developer filed an Application for Alteration of Plans of the Project before
the HLURB.

4. Upon request by the HLURB, the Developer is required to submit the instant
affidavit.

5. Upon advice by the proper officers of the Developer, the Developer has not sold
any Units of the Project.

6. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity and truthfulness of the

foregoing statements and for whatever legal purposes this may serve.
