2. Main objectives of the role

 Boost sales indirectly by providing customers with the right amount of information regarding products, service offers, features, functions
and benefits, and create the feeling of being treated unique
 Inspire and generate excitement for the brand in general among visitors by being a welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable and fun however
convincing product and brand expert

3. Tasks and activities of the role

Acts as a neutral customer consultant  Informs clients on product specifications of all BMW/BMW i products and features
 Answers operating- and how-to-use questions (non-technical consultancy)
 Uses conversations with customers to fill in and maintain data in the customer database (after
the conversation)
 Bridges Aftersales waiting time for customers by presenting features and new technologies
 Provides additional marketing material if requested and gathers necessary contact information
to send/email it

Acts as ambassador for the brand  Acts as ambassador and crating passion for BMW/BMW i brand and products
 Ensures a brand related customer/visitor treatment at the dealership/Brand Store
 Prepares the showroom and keeps it attractive for customers
 Accomplishes dealer events to present products and technologies to a wider audience

Acts as knowledge source within the  Keeps himself/herself up to speed on new products, offers, features, services, brand and
dealership competitive information
 Keeps the product knowledge within the dealership at level

Relieves and paves the way for the Sales  Performs the need analysis during the contact with the customer
Advisor  Hands over the customer and required information to the Sales Advisor when purchase
interest is expressed
 Assists Sales Advisor with product insight when they are involved in a sales conversation with
customers and need further technical insights
 Manages test drives and provides product information to customers during test drive
 Performs vehicle handovers and explains features in the car answering operating questions
