Boost sales indirectly by providing customers with the right amount of information regarding products, service offers, features, functions
and benefits, and create the feeling of being treated unique
Inspire and generate excitement for the brand in general among visitors by being a welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable and fun however
convincing product and brand expert
Acts as a neutral customer consultant Informs clients on product specifications of all BMW/BMW i products and features
Answers operating- and how-to-use questions (non-technical consultancy)
Uses conversations with customers to fill in and maintain data in the customer database (after
the conversation)
Bridges Aftersales waiting time for customers by presenting features and new technologies
Provides additional marketing material if requested and gathers necessary contact information
