Conley Readiness Index (CRI) is a new research which mainly aims to run a self-
diagnosis to many skills. It measures college and career readiness and provides actionable and
effective data. I’ve learnt a lot of competencies such as how I am able to solve any problem that
encounters me along my study and work later on. Problem-solving is definitely the process of
finding solutions to difficult or simple issues and it requires different steps that enable us to do
that successfully. First, I have to define the problem and not its symptoms. Thus, I have a very
serious problem which is how to develop a broad understanding of information technology and
Then, I need to generate various solutions. It has been a matter of life or death in order to
accomplish success and prosperity in my future career. Hence, I want to fulfil a broader
understanding about business and IT applications in my career. I can seek help at the university
where I can discover what is applicable and actionable. I even may find a consultant or an
advisor who can give me an expert hand whenever I need. After that, I must differentiate among
the solutions I reached and evaluate and select ones that seem valid. My parents want me to be a
leading business woman and also there is an increasing demand for female entrepreneurs around
the kingdom. In addition, they earn very high incomes and have a prestigious social status. It is
over IT as it will absolutely assist me in communicating work colleagues, clients and in brief,
keeping the whole organization united and in touch around the clock. In order to change that
situation upside down, I need to learn how to apply IT in my business and make use of it to the
extreme. I will take some extra courses on how to use IT in businesses and achieve a good
command over it. I will also keep up with other standards of studying to maintain my level and
I totally score myself for each skill as follows; thinking critically is obviously
very good as I can define a problem, generate different solutions, evaluate and select the best
ones and finally implement these solutions well. That is how I believe that I am excellent at
problem solving. I am also quite good concerning learning preferences and skills. I am
unacceptably good at communication and IT. I need to work on it to improve and enhance
especially non-academic skills that can be measured and those procedures must be authenticated
if they’re going to take hold in educational and place of work surroundings. Readiness typical
examples and their users should put into consideration the learner or employee’s goals,
conditions, and traits, and develop a plan to capitalize on an individual’s opportunity to succeed.
I feel that it is accurately carried out, yet I seek perfection. That’s why, I still need a lot of hard
work and effort to get my dream done and make it come true.
My Opinion:
