328.2010 Greve: That the minutes of the November 1, 2010 regular meeting be adopted.

329.2010 Corbett: That the payroll for October in the amount of $28,919.31 be accepted.

330.2010 Isfeld: That Council accept the October bank reconciliation and financial
statement as presented.

335.2010 Corbett: That the Town offer Affinity Credit Union $30,000 for Lots 19 – 31,
Block 2, Plan H4456, which is being sold by Elmer Schultz, RE/MAX.

2011–2015 Capital Works

336.2010 Greve: That Council accept the 2011–2015 five-year capital works plan, with a
review each year.

Correspondence
337.2010 Isfeld: That the following correspondence be received and filed for information:

Twin Rivers Planning District

338.2010 Greve: That the Town of Rosthern support the Twin Rivers group to apply for
funding through the Planning for Growth fund, and that the Town commit a
maximum of $17,155 towards the project.
CARRIED.

Joint Fire Agreement

339.2010 Reimer: That the joint fire agreement with the RM of Rosthern No. 403 be tabled
until the December 6 regular meeting.
CARRIED.

Al Neufeld Zoning Request

340.2010 Corbett: That Al Neufeld’s zoning request be tabled until the December 6 regular
