DAILY CHECKLIST:
1) Don’t forget to Punch In to Dayforce & Clock out for Breaks (everyone
should take a 30-minute break per day, if possible)
2) Complete a PROFILER Update: Get into Profiler (Tax-Year 2019
Workstation Menu) > Administrative Utilities > Install/Update Programs >
Download & App; When complete, run FTS! (Profiler > Processing Programs >
File Transfer System)
3) Call appointments scheduled for the next day to remind them of their
appointment time & call any missed appointments from the prior day. Be
sure to update notes! (JHNet.com > eServices > Appointment Calendar >
choose office location)
4) Work START CONVERSION tool. (JHNet.com > eServices > Start
Conversion)
5) Talk to clients about giving you a 5⭐ Google Review and if you gave them 10⭐
service (& to rate you that way when they get the NPS survey)
6) Check Return Management for any IRS rejected returns (JHNet.com >
eServices > Return Management > Your Store #)
Sign and Save process when clients return with their W-2s to file:
1) Stop the return by going into JHnet => eservices => Return management
2) Go to your store number (or the number that the return was created in), find &
click the client’s receipt number, click "stop return"
3) If you do not have the option to click "stop return," you may need to notify a
TP2 or TP3 via skype to stop it for you
5) Return to profiler and you will then be able to open the return and replace
paystub information with W-2 data (don't forget to uncheck paystub when you get
to the SOURCES OF INCOME page!)
