The proposed Mobilong Talyeran automobile repair shop at Eufemia Compound,

Circumferencial Road, Bacolod City will draw on the significance positive socio-
economic benefits of the business to assist communities to promote long-term
sustainability, including the responsibility and relationship of the business towards the
economy and society where it operates.

Socio- economic Implication

If the proposed business will be implemented. Mobilong Talyeran will benefit the
economy through providing income and employment. If the business will be pursue, it
can give more jobs and it can provide source of income for people who are
unemployed due to lack of job opportunities and at the same time it can help these
people who are skilled enough when it comes to repairing cars. In result the business
can provide employment for people which can help diminish the problem of the
country concerning about unemployment. Specifically, this will help the Philippine
economy in solving one of the economic issued that the country is experiencing today.

An additional contribution of Mobilong Talyeran to the economy is in the form of

tax. The business will have the obligation to pay the right amount of taxes provided
by the law. The tax that is being paid by the business will help the government
generate funds to help with the improvement and development of the public services
and government projects. The taxes is a compulsory thing that it needs to paid by
every business because the taxes is the “life blood of government” in the Philippines.

Environmental Aspect
Auto repair shops is one of the hazardous waste all over the world. The repair
shops have the potential to generate pollution in the vicinity due to the following main
activities such as handling of chemicals, waste generating and management, auto
repair solvents, auto shop pollution fluids, auto repair pollution antifreeze, auto repair
refrigerants, auto repair pollution rags, old replaced auto battery pollution, and auto
repair pollution losses. Operating a automobile car repair shop uses a variety of
