ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
For us, E-commerce is an extremely new and useful subject, and it also tells us the
forms and models of online business. Previously, we really did not know exactly
what the e-commerce model included, it only supported trading people who bought
products through software or just the connection of people via the internet.
However, after learning, we have a better understanding of how buyers and sellers
trade, how to trade, transfer money and how to advertise during the internet period.
With the desire to apply it in practice, we have created a small transaction to fully
understand e-commerce as well as apply it to the future.
We really thank Professor Huy Minh Doan, who not only gives us the knowledge of
the subject but also supports our team in the Business Model in e-commerce by
discussing and analyzing, give ideas on ideas in the subject, but he also gives us
practical knowledge about business in e-commerce. And another thank you very
much for supporting us in this report.

ABSTRACT
Alibaba and Amazon can be considered as the world's leading e-commerce channel
in this area. That's why my team wants to test a model to exchange goods with
people. And we used the world's largest social network, facebook, to communicate
brown rice. Brown rice is considered as a cereal that has the effect of losing weight,
purifying the body, especially with a curative effect. With the popular nutrition
movement, we have decided to put brown rice into the online business model.

INTRODUCTION
Brown rice has many benefits to cardiovascular health. More specifically, fiber in
brown rice reduces the risk of arterial clogging.
According to a 2005 study in the American Heart Journal, increasing fiber from
cereals and whole-grain products reduces the risk of coronary atherosclerosis in
women. Postmenopausal disease with coronary artery disease.
Another study in 2014 in the International Journal of Preventive Medicine showed
that brown rice reduces the signs of inflammation and the risk of cardiovascular
disease for overweight women, obesity and high risk of cardiovascular disease.
In a study in the 2016 Journal of Food and Nutrition Science (Critical Reviews in
Food Science and Nutrition), scientists concluded that whole grains include brown
rice that provides phenolic compounds, which helps prevent Chronic diseases such
as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer.
The motivation behind
Rice is the staple food in many countries around the world. There are many types of
rice but not all have the same nutrition. Some types lose nutrients through the many
processes they undergo before being on the shelf. Fortunately, there are still some
like brown rice that maintain most of the beneficial ingredients.
Our goal is to target people who want to lose weight, have a healthy diet, enjoy
movement,... provide them with a delicious and nutritious food for them to achieve
that goal better.
Name of the business: G-Food (Green food – Green life)
Operation method: We use facebook social network to sell online about brown
rice because it's free as well as access to many customers

GROUP 3 E-COMMERCE
1. Customers
- Our customers are the majority of Lotus students, friends and families. All of the
people we market with are interested in and have certain interests with our products.
- We build customer trust through the following:
Products always specify the ingredients, origin and expiry date.
We are always enthusiastic to advise customers whether they only buy 1
product.
Our campaign is always the most accurate, there is no difference between
advertising and reality.
2. Suppliers
- Our products are sourced from Binh Tay market in District 6. We are not
entitled to discounts because the quantity of goods we buy is not much (under
10kg).
- To ensure hygiene and safety, we are committed to always follow these steps:
Wash hands before and after packaging products.
Each bag comes with a desiccant bag to prevent mold.
Clean packing tools before and after use.
1
Products are always stored at room temperature (25 degrees Celsius) and
avoid direct sunlight.
Production date and expiry date are always indicated on the product
packaging.
3. Pricing
To set the price for the product, we start calculating the total investment. Total
capital is 315,000 VND, including: packaging, logo, 2.5kg roasted brown rice.
We divide each bag by 50g roasted brown rice, 2.5kg roasted brown rice divided
into 48 bags, except 2 bags (100g) that were lost during packing.
2
CAPITAL PRICE COSTS
Cost Amount Cost on 1 product
Rice 150000 2.5kg 3000
Packaging 104000 140 Bag 742.8571429
Logo 20000 100 Piece 200
Other 40000 100 Piece 400
Total Cost 314000 Capital Price 4342.857143
Table 1 Capital Price Cost
Our team discussed and gave 3 prices: 10,000; 12,000 and 15,000 VND.
Suppose, selling 1 bag of 50g costs 10,000 VND, the total profit received is 480.00
VND. After deducting the capital, the profit is 165.00 VND.
But if the price increases to 12,000 VND, the profit after deducting the capital is
201,000 VND. Our group does not sell 15,000 VND / product because of this price,
customers will be hesitant to decide to buy. With 50g of roasted brown rice in a bag,
the price of 15,000 VND is quite expensive compared to the average price in the
market.
Tiki sells 1 bag of 85g roasted brown rice for 18,000 VND, our product 50g sold
for 12,000 VND is reasonable.

5.1. Process
Week 1
We discuss the idea of business products and then look for supplies in markets.
Quality exploration and brown rice prices, the idea of logo design, looking for
packaging methods.
4
Week 2
Agree on ideas about source, logo, package and go to buy. Then complete the
product:
Then agree on the brand name, slogan and then create fanpage
Figure 5: Fanpage.
5
Week 3
Start posting the first page, start running the page selling products.
The first post of the group has reached the number of 495 visitors and 129
interaction. After posting, the product also starts selling from this point.
Week 4
6
With a "buy 3 get 1 free" strategy, this can be an opportunity to increase the number
of customers for the group and create a good marketing strategy for the product.
5.2. Management
As for fanpage management, all members of the group have a separate role in
fanpage administration
7
Figure 9: Fanpage Management.
8
- Run ads
- Increasing the number and variety of products. We can study more about
cleaner products
Each member of our team takes turns writing content descriptions of products and
then posting on pages for sale every day. When receiving the order message from
the customer, we will confirm by asking for contact information such as phone
number and delivery address. Most of our customers are Hoa Sen students so
delivery and payment are not too difficult.
6.2. Problems
Product preservation: Because our product is "Brown Rice", it can only be stored
for a short time. If the product is stored for more than one week, the product will be
degraded
9
Finding customers: Since this is our first time doing online business, we don't know
how to find customers. We do not know how to promote our website.
Product preservation: To solve this problem, we will buy just enough quantity to
sell. Once out of stock, we will continue to import. Thus, our storage time will be
low and product quality will be enhanced.
Finding customers: We solve this problem by asking our Facebook friends to like
and share our posts. Currently, our fanpage has reached nearly 100 likes. And the
highest number of approaching articles reached 495 people.
10
CONCLUSION
Through this project, we have a more general view of e-commerce. We know how
to manage and operate our business website well. During operation, we have many
times faced with difficulties and challenges. But with the determination and
solidarity among the team members, we overcame it. Thereby, each team member
has also accumulated for themselves the experience, soft skills (teamwork), which is
essential for future work. Finally, the 4th industrial revolution called the digital
revolution, through universal Internet technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Virtual
Reality (VR), cloud computing, big data will transform the real world into the
digital world, will strongly promote the digital economy, e-commerce. We believe
in the future, e-commerce will grow very strong and it will dominate the market by
the advantage of internet.
