12 I was born in Rotterdam (1947) and migrated to Australia in 1971. As such able to read the
13 Dutch version of the report regarding MH17. I am concerned that the report despite having very
14 good information in many regards in the end it appears to me that it has become a political tool,
15 and implied or otherwise seeks to blame a warring party contrary to the legal provisions within
16 which “Onderzoeksraad voor veiligheid” is permitted to operate.
17 I have provided further material not as to claim it is or should be part of the investigation, as that
18 is not for me to do, but to seek to get the understanding that “Onderzoeksraad voor veiligheid”
19 conducted itself outside its charter and violated the legal limitations set for an investigation.
20 I have obviously use a lot of time to try to present my views to “Onderzoeksraad voor
21 veiligheid” and anticipate it will be properly considered.
22 Because the video versions (Dutch/English) are in my view very confusing as to the possible
23 location of the rocket it holds caused the destruction of MH17 I have below reproduced some
24 images which might underline this. As the direction of the rocket is critical as to which direction
25 it may have come from it appears to me that the video lacks proper clarity.
26 As shown below “Schuld” (Guilt) and “Aansprakelijkheid” (Liability) is not within the option
27 of “Onderzoeksraad voor veiligheid” to determine then I view it violated these limitations. The
28 Malaysian government appears to have expressed reservations against the report that it was
29 denied proper involvement and implies wrongly guilt towards Russia. I recognize that
30 “Onderzoeksraad voor veiligheid” may not have been in possession or certain
31 details/information I refer to below, nevertheless in my view the report ought to be amended to
32 avoid conflicts I refer to.

3 In my view the following is a wrong assumption that was beyond the ability of
4 “Onderzoeksraad voor veiligheid” to conclude. At best, it is speculative. In view that this
5 report more than likely will be used in criminal proceedings then I view that “Onderzoeksraad
6 voor veiligheid” should issue an amendment to delete this part.

8 After all, it would have no proper knowledge if in fact any other weapons was within the area to
9 perform this damage. It is in my view very speculative and may by readers being perceived that
10 this concludes that the persons in a certain area were responsible and exclude the Ukraine armed
11 forces.

19 This appears to indicate that while the “Onderzoeksraad voor veiligheid” report claims the
20 rocket was fired from a mobile land (Surface) unit (as such I view one should refer to “land-
21 Luchtraketten” (Surface-airrockets). Considering what appears to me missing planes from the
22 charts presented by “Onderzoeksraad voor veiligheid” then this may question the integrity of
23 the report and indeed if it was merely, even if unintended, a political inspired report.

25 When one consider 5-eys (USA, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand) countries all having
26 their separated intelligence services coming up about WMD (Weapons of mass Destruction)
27 when in fact they never existed then it seems that various intelligence services did no more but to
28 parrot what one intelligence service dictated to suit its political ambitions .
29 Likewise, it appears to me that the “Onderzoeksraad voor veiligheid” report despite being
30 excellent in many ways may have relied too much upon political influences to suit a number of
31 governments to implied or otherwise seek to blame the Russian backed defence of that republic.

1 What is needed is to understand that there were considerable issues governing the investigation
2 such as the denial to some extend at least as I understand it regarding the Russian Federation and
3 Malaysia to fully participate.
4 It at least in my view would be regrettable that the “Onderzoeksraad voor veiligheid” would
5 end up being no more but so to say a pion in a political chess game to blame the Russian
6 Federation rather then having a clear impartial investigation.
7 In my view “Onderzoeksraad voor veiligheid” should not implied or otherwise engage in
8 trying to blame any particular group/nation and yet this appears to have been done. After all a
9 FAIR MINDED PERSON who cannot read the purpose of “Onderzoeksraad voor veiligheid”
10 Might assume that “Onderzoeksraad voor veiligheid” is the right venue to conclude something
11 as it did where in fact it would have now ability to establish who had certain weapons and
12 neither was this part of its limited investigation.
13 Let us not ignore the WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction) mantra that all Intelligence Services
14 and others all had wrong. Likewise with the White Helmets Syria fake video. We cannot
15 continue to be blaming those who might be very innocent of any wrongdoing merely because it
16 might suit political purposes.

21 explosion of the rocket caused inwards going damages, ample of material shows bending
22 outwards. It means that what the “Onderzoeksraad voor veiligheid”
23 Concluded that the rocket exploded above to the left side of the plane would be contrary to the
24 above damage shown that it was going outwards to the left, not inwards.

1 The panel part in the video appears to me to have certain parts that were bending outwards now
2 flattened. The lower rim part that was clearly bend outwards now appears to have been
3 straightened. As such, what is shown in the video assembly is not the original condition at all as
4 essentially it has been tampered with. Who may have done so is not an issue I need to answer but
5 obviously if the “Onderzoeksraad voor veiligheid” relies upon this as I view it concocted
6 assembly then it should have pointed out why there is a difference of appearance. I do not accept
7 that for sake of appearance any changes were made, this as items should have been left in its
8 original state and the frame to which it was to be fitted should have been changed to allow items
9 to remain in its original state.

10 In 2014 Progressive Press published a book by a French author, Laurent Guyenot, titled JFK-9/11: 50 Years
11 of Deep State. The book contains much interesting reporting that shows that the official explanations we are
12 given about even major events, such as the assassination of a President and 9/11, are transparently false. Yet,
13 these transparently false explanations are hard to challenge despite all available evidence being against the
14 explanations.
15 Reviewing such a book is a challenge that I avoided by securing permission to reprint two chapters from the
16 book. One chapter, “Ghost planes,” deals with the mystery of the four allegedly hijacked airliners. No trace
17 of the one that allegedly hit the Pentagon has ever been found, and the many videos of the event remain
18 under lock and key. No trace of the one that allegedly crashed in Pennsylvania has ever been found. Neither
19 has any trace of the two that allegedly hit the two World Trade Center towers ever been found, although an
20 unburnt passpost was allegedly found in the ruins of two massive buildings.
21 Readers might remember that I raised the question why we did not hear demands for explanations from the
22 families of the victims of the four destroyed airliners like we did from the families whose relatives were in
23 the twin towers. Guyenot reports that of the alleged casualties of AA77 “only five of these have relatives who
1 received the 9-11 Compensation Fund offered by the State. . . . no family of the victims of Flight UA93
2 requested compensation.”

1 In my view the nose of a plane would never exit a building in such manner. This as it would be
2 severely damaged and out of shape due to what it did hit within the building. What appears to me
3 to have been is a rocket dressed up as a plane. It likely was a kind of a bunker bursting
4 bomb/rocket. One which penetrates the concrete wall of an underground bunker, and when the
5 nose get through then the rocket explodes. This is why the explosion in the tower commenced
6 once the nose of the rocket (dressed up as a plane) exited the building.
7 The shape of the nose seemed to have remained intact, whereas the soft aluminum of a nose cone
8 of a plane would have been severely damaged due to the structural condition of the building
9 itself.
10 The explosion is not at all when the alleged plane enters the building but rather when it is already
11 exiting.
12 The shadow of the rocket dressed up as a plane onto the building also indicates that it still has
13 some of its wings attached. In my view an ordinary passenger plane would not have such small
14 wings nor would they remain as such when they are loaded with fuel and likely would blow up
15 when entering the building, when they are more than likely ripped of the main body (fuselage)
16
17 Considering that those allegedly involved in flying the so-called planes were inexperienced and
18 yet had to perform operations that would even be difficult for the most experienced pilots to
19 maneuver it was reportedly done by remove control. If indeed this was a rocket dressed up as a
20 plane then this would be normal. As with September 11 when military exercises were going on
21 that somehow prevented proper interception that ordinary might have eventuated likewise with
22 the shooting down of MH17 there were as I understand it military exercises taking place also
23 around the area where MH17 was flying.
24 Let us not ignore that while allegedly a passport of one of the alleged hijackers was located
25 somehow the considerable sturdy so called blackboxes were not. To me as if the passport was
26 planted afterwards to try to give the spin some credibility.

28 Because with Building 7 that was never hit by any alleged plane somehow a demolition kind of
29 destruction eventuated it may underline that the official mantra might be concocted.

1 Obviously, there is a lot more to it but I look forwards that this contribution will be of assistance to
2 investigators. Also, while not seeking to imply to condone anyone firing missiles upon any kind of aircraft, it
3 also may perhaps assist to establish if the missile was the real cause to down MH17 or that it was because of
4 a combination of factors and MH17 might have been able to safely land after a missile strike had the rivets
5 not given way in the manner as it did. Indeed why did certain rivets not break off or let go of the panels while
6 other did?

9 Obviously this part of my correspondence cannot stand, in view that the cockpit was blown off at
10 the time of the explosion. Nevertheless I view that the breaking up of the plane at the rivets
11 ought to indicate that rather than being a stronger point it is a weaken point. And, in other
12 airplane accidents this can make a huge difference to the survival rate of those onboard of the
13 doomed plane. In my view this should be a critical issue for the “Onderzoeksraad voor
14 veiligheid” the have addressed. I did not fully read the entire report and may have missed any
15 part if it did address this, however I doubt because of already what I consider misstatements.

42 I am n t aware of any courtesy response/acknowledgement from you regarding my
43 previous 23-8-2014 correspondence, I look forwards to the same as my readers then will be
44 aware that Boeing does take matters seriously.

46 In my 23-8-2014 correspondence I referred to countersank rivet heads but this should be
47 considered to refer also to “bullet head” rivets.
48 As I am showing in the images below, the holes for the rivets were drilled ab out half way to
49 allow the bullet head rivet to be flat with the surface of the outer panel of the plane. By this the
50 actual material that is left holding the rivet is ab out half or less of the thickness of the plate. You
51 find that by this not just rivet after rivet popped through the plates but entire rows of rivets at the
52 same time. As shown below a plate witch seems to be nearly straight nevertheless had all rivets
53 pulled through the plate. Even double lined rivets were pulled through. Yet, images also show
54 that mushroom head rivet remained intact.
55 The plate below shows how what might be shrapnel that pierced through and caused some
56 damage, but where about all rivet holes are without rivets.

3 If the face of the above image of the plate is the outside (considering the recesses of the rivet
4 holes in the plate) then if the hole damage was caused by shrapnel then this was from within the
5 plane, such as shrapnel that went through one side of the plane’s body plate and then came
6 through on the other side of the planes body plates. Which may indicate a considerable high
7 explosive missile having been used. Arrows shows where rivet heads are still left in the plate.

9 Rivet lines 1 to 2 + 3 to 4 were simultaneously pulled from the rivets and line 5 to 6 and line 7 to
10 8 also. While at 9 the rivet is missing at either side A and B still shows a rivet in place. Pulling
11 though so many rivets at the same time surely appears to me to indicate a considerable
12 weakness!

14 Above images shows at 1 and 2 countersank screws having been used. And in its line the plate
15 cracked apart. It is a well-known factor that when one drill holes in any material it generally
16 weakens the material at the area, and so reduces the strength of the material in the area. As such,
17 one has to consider what was done to overcome this loss of strength of material? Were
18 countersank and bullet head not suitable for usage considering the limited thickness of the
19 plates?
20 Should only mushroom heads fasteners have been used as to give strength to the plates where the
21 holes had weakened it?
22 In particular where bullet heads were sank into the plates then the height of the bullet
23 heads would have already thin thickness of the plates left little to hold the bullet head rivet
24 and so as minimal pressure could easily cause all bullet head rivets to pop through.
25 It was one thing to use bullet head rivets but it is another thing to use recesses in the plates to
26 accommodate bullet heads, as then the real thickness of the plates of the plane body are only that
27 which is left after the recess. As such by recessing for bullet head rivers to be flat on the outside
28 of the plane body in effect the plate thickness must be measured to what was left over of
29 thickness after the recessing of the rivet bullet head rather than considering the ordinary
30 thickness of the outer body plate of the plane.
1 One also has to question why the bolt was pulled out, where there appears to be no deformation
2 at the plate itself? Was it hit by shrapnel just next to the bolt and caused the beam to be
3 destroyed and by this the bolt came loose, or was the bolt stripped from its thread in some way or
4 another?

6 This panel shows that row A to B had its rivets pulled through all at the same time as the arrows
7 indicate the force direction on the plate. D shows rivers left in the beam and at c there is a strip
8 but it is not a sheer from the plate as the plate shows red and blue pain on the side. As such C
9 was not part of the plate originally.

13 This penal is a telling tale where from A to B the panel did sheer of along the rivet line but from
14 B to C it had the rivets pulled through.
15 The damage at A could have been caused by the fall onto the ground or where the force initially
16 was and then the entire piece merely so to say dropped off. From B to D and H to E as with the
17 rivet line of G it shows that no matter different rows they were seemingly all together pulled
18 from the rivets as was for example the rivets in line F even so the panel appears not to show
19 much of a bend to explain why this eventuated. As such it seems that the panel merely so to say
20 dropped off as there was little resistance to hold the plate fastened. The bend between A and F is
21 what one could expect if the force of air pressure had so to say blown off the panel with about
22 near identical pressure along the panel. At least that is my view. It would however be extra
23 ordinary that where the panel is riveted against beams then nevertheless the air pressure being it
24 of an internal explosion or otherwise could still blow of such part of the penal without little
25 deformation of bending. As after all even if there had been an explosion inside the plane, not that
26 I seek to suggest it was then ordinary the panel would bend where the beams are as to rip it of the
27 rivets, whereas this isn’t particular shown to have occurred. This to me indicates that in general
28 the structure of the plane was very weak due to the panels having been predrilled recessed for
29 rivet heads. Hence the same weakness in structure likely may exist in all planes build/constructed
30 in the same manner

3 The blue arrow is where it appears (albeit the image is very small and so the actual piece needs
4 to be looked at) that this was a recessed bullet hole for a bullet head rivet but the edge that had
5 been there has broken away by the force of the rivet bullet head. Even so the panel doesn’t
6 appear to be bend nevertheless a whole row of 8 rivets show to have been pulled through. This
7 even so before and after the bullet head rivet still is visible.
8 While the beams show twisting this may have been caused by hitting the ground where other
9 images indicate the panel part that is missing from it was nowhere nearby and so already had so
10 to say fallen off in the air.

13 What the above images shows is a near plat panel (left) which nevertheless shows that entire row
14 of rivets are missing. What seems to be is that the panel (right side of that image) may have been

16 of image) the arrows shows how about one third of the panel strength is loss due to the recess of
17 the countersunk hole for the countersunk rivet.

19 Because of aerodynamics it may be wiser to use strips as shown as C, with a strip over it to
20 reduce drag. At “A” is the current (assumed) system of rivet heads.
21 At “B” with an added head, but this likely will dramatically alter the aerodynamics and so
22 increase drag on the plane, meaning a lot more fuel to be used.
23 At “D” it shows what currently appears to me to be the current recess in the plate and how little
24 material.

2 What is essential is to seek to establish what was the original damage caused by a
3 missile?
4 How did the plane disintegrate in mid-air?
5 Was there a profound weakness in the construction of the plane’s body that allowed
6 the plane to disintegrate in an accelerated manner?
7 Where the mushroom and/or bullet head rivet heads a critical factor in escalation of
8 disintegration?
9 Was the recessing of the planes panels for countersank and/or bullet head rivets a
10 cause why the plane disintegrated as it did?
11 Would replacing the bullet head rivets with bullet head rivets having also a
12 mushroom head on it be the best way to strengthening the rivets without having
13 excess space in the recess in the plates, in existing planes? This would allow plates to
14 be left in place but just the rivet having double heads to strengthening the hold on
15 the outside of the plates.
16 Would replacing the countersunk head rivets with countersunk head rivets having
17 also a mushroom head on it be the best way to strengthening the rivets without
18 having excess space in the recess in the plates, in existing planes? This would allow
19 plates to be left in place but just the rivet having double heads to strengthening the
20 hold on the outside of the plates.
21 Where the change to the rivet heads may cause aerodynamic problems then to have
22 a strip covering the mushroom heads held by a channel that is held by the same
23 rivets then this may to some extend reduce friction and so drag. Yet, the strip can be
24 easily removed to allow access to rivets, if needed.

1 The next images shows how panels can end up severely damaged but the rivets in general didn’t
2 give way. Just some rivets and clearly the panel is not straight at all but shows forces having
3 twisted it in different shapes, besides the missile damage.

11 I am well aware that rivets are ordinary of a certain standard however, replacing an entire fleet of
12 airplanes panels (consider the loss of usage to do so, as well as the huge cost involved versus
13 seeking to strengthen existing panels is something else. By the additional head on an existing
14 rivet head then while for manufacturing this may need to be done, (but as I used to be in charge
15 of production planning and production of a nail factory I am well aware that certain heading
16 machines can likely perform the job. It merely would take some R&D (Research &
17 development) to get to the right product.) certain international rivets standards still may need to
18 be complied with, such as strength, etc. But they may already be failing such standards or the
19 standards may need to be revised where now it may be proven that the way those rivets were
20 used it allows easy popping out or ripping out of rows of rivets at the same time. Even a
21 replacement of rivets in more critical area’s may perhaps make the difference in reliable strength
22 of the strength of an airplane to withstand certain extra ordinary forces.

2 Obviously, there is a lot more to it but I look forwards that this contribution will be of assistance
3 to investigators. Also, while not seeking to imply to condone anyone firing missiles upon any
4 kind of aircraft, it also may perhaps assist to establish if the missile was the real cause to down
5 MH17 or that it was because of a combination of factors and MH17 might have been able to
6 safely land after a missile strike had the rivets not given way in the manner as it did. Indeed why
7 did certain rivets not break off or let go of the panels while other did?

9 My condolence is with those grieving for their lost ones and I hope that these writings may assist
10 to clarify what really eventuated. Perhaps it may even result to actions of modifications to seek
11 to prevent such repeat of considerable rivet failure, at least as I perceive tit to have been.

36 It was in my view well outside the scope of legislatives provisions for the “Onderzoeksraad
37 voor veiligheid” to make such an irresponsible assertion. It is in conflict to its stated objective. It
38 was not for it to directly and/or indirectly attribute guild to any of the warring parties. Neither to
39 investigate, if it did really at all, which weapons might be in the possession of any warring party.
1 Let it be clear that those in the republic having collected the so-called black boxes did hand them
2 over without reportedly interfering with them. If the leaders now charged really had concern
3 about any of their involvement as now alleged, they could simply have obstructed any
4 investigation and more over avoided the handover of the so-called black boxes. Their
5 cooperation however now may be seen by others as a deterrent where no matter any goodwill
6 shown you still can be blamed for whatever.

8 How on earth can “Onderzoeksraad voor veiligheid” in future expect anyone to cooperate with
9 any of its investigations where it now seems to be used as some political tool, at least this is how
10 it now may be perceived by many.

14 Looking at the images above the scenario of airplane No 3505 having used the air to air missile
15 cannot be ignored. It merely could have turned to the right to then deploy the rocket towards
16 MH17.
17 It would perfectly fit with the sound recordings also, so the image indicates.
18 The fact that the rocket may have contained items ordinary in the surface to air rocket should not
19 be an issue because it could have been modified or otherwise a different created similar to the
20 ordinary surface to air rocket.

22 In particular where the “Onderzoeksraad voor veiligheid” report might be relied upon in
23 criminal proceedings I view it essential that “Onderzoeksraad voor veiligheid” corrects any
24 misstatements, etc. It would really be a shame if the integrity of the report were to be in question
25 when relied upon in legal proceedings because of the issues I raised above. Hence I view
26 corrections, for so far justified, ought to be made.
