SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

PSMBFI, Pag-IBIG Fund and/or other external lending institution particularly to secure
my Certification of Outstanding Loan Balance to PAYOFF my total debt obligation;
2. To make, sign and execute, for and in my behalf, any documents which may be
necessary for the release of the Certificate of Outstanding Loan Balance;
3. To make, sign, execute and deliver any loan/credit agreement , contract of mortgage,
letter offer, affidavits or any other documents of whatever nature or kind, including the
signing, endorsement, encashment, negotiation, and execution of promissory note or
notes, checks, money orders, or other negotiable instrument, which may be necessary
or proper in connection with or in payment of any loan or credit accommodation herein
mentioned, as well as the negotiation and signing for renewal or extension of payment
of the whole or any part thereof; and
4. My Attorney-in-fact is hereby expressly authorized and empowered to delegate to any
person, who may exercise in his/their stead, any or all the powers and authority herein
granted to him/them or substitute any person to his/their place to do and perform for
me/us the said powers and authority.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to do
and perform any and every act thing whatsoever required and necessary to be done as I might or could
do, I personally present and acting in person, HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said
Attorney-in-Fact may also do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
