Please provide a supporting statement about yourself. What is your greatest talent or skill, and how
would
that benefit the community of Experiencing China 2019?
I am motivated, adaptable and extrovert seeking for an international environment, which are very suitable
with highly English competency and experiences that I have developed during 4 years in University and my
current job. I have also demonstrated sharing and cooperation skills, a firm sense of responsibility and my
capacity to work in international group. I possess excellent communication skills and dancing talent which can
be contributed to the program. With this summer program, I myself hope that I can share my perspectives
about world’s culture and experience that I had before throughout in-outside with University and international
friends. As working in different international organization and project, I know that working with a cross
functional team is challenging because of the limited view point of each member, so I am willing to share my
experiences and cooperate with new friends on every activities from the program to discuss issues and
acknowledge major milestones. From the project leader’s position before, I hope I can bring my group get to
closely throughout team-building activities after class hours. Besides, I also can share my working experiences

on Environment, so me and other participants ca put it on the table to create hot debate or discussion. By
thinking strategically and working as teamwork, I believe that will be the best way to save our friendship with
a valued time in China.

A statement of interest in the program

Following my 1st major – graduation, I took a job from WaterWorx Project which is non-
profit about water supply concerned about environment and climate adaptation.
Whenever I embark on a new fields, I tend to be very enthusiastic. As a result, I looked
for short-program like Tsing Hua International Summer School which enables me to
learn from classroom-activities and field trip about how Beijing adapted and solved
environmental issues successfully after few years. Moreover, I myself reckon that I will
learn how to be amazingly flexible after the program. I circulated through a new
environment unit every two weeks, mastering different topics and environment
segments, adjusting to different groups, situations and producing results in a short
period of time. I believe that being a member of the program will help me quickly learn
how to anticipate change and form solid friendships. The last but not least, my
weakness is my tendency to become emotionally involved in my study and work, so
joining this program will give me a chance to work with different friends from all over the
world, I will learn how to control this weakness when working a team and social outings
with them. And one of the most important interest about this program is that I can have
an opportunity again to know deeply Chinese culture and people’s life which I was
missing two years ago. In short, the program is a powerful and meaningful to help us-
21st generation to make a difference and ready to become future leader. In spired of the
results, I am eager to participate in the Summer School of Tsing Hua University.
