The teachers concerned have different areas of specialization. Ms. Armian is one of
the fifteen Mathematics majors in the school. Mr. Edar is Social Studies major, which is
needed in the school, having only nine AP major teachers.

This letter of justification supports the concerned teachers request for swapping to
better serve the school and the learners.
