Daughter : “excuse me, sir.”

Therapist : “Oh, Hello, good morning. Come in!”
*coming in*
Therapist : “Hi, you must be Mrs. Lusi, right? How are you today?”
Mom : “Fine sir, thankyou.”
Therapist : “Then, this must be Lusi’s daughter.
I’m Fauzi as Mrs. Lusi’s therapist today. What’s your problem, Ma’am?”
Mom : “I had a lot of pain on my backside, here.”
Therapist : “how long you got that pain?”
Mom : “since 7 month ago”
Therapist : “may I know what are you doing in everyday? Or your daily activities?”
Daughter : “she’s working on a building, as a Office Girl in the past. So, she must
be cleaning and mopped all day long on the office.”
Therapist : “ok, do you have another illness? Like diabetes or hypertention?”
Mom : “I have hypertention, colestrol, asam urat and batu ginjal.”
Therapist : “would you tell me if anybody on your family have diabetes or
hypertention? Or another illness, mam?”
Daughter : “em, I think yes. Our grandpa’s got stroke, hypertention and batu
ginjal.”
Therapist : “I see. May I know before you came here, where did you go?”
Daughter : “we went to RS Santo Yusuf on last July 2014, then my mom got
injection on her bottom and the doctor say she must on opname there
for one day.”
Therapist : “after your mom got injection, what is it feel? Is it better or not?”
Daughter : “no, she’s not getting better and she felt the pain is same before she
got the injection. Right mom?”
Mom : “that’s right, sir. After that, on January 2015 I went to RS Santo Yusuf
again and the doctor gave me medicine. But, it’s same! I still felt same
the of pain. Finally, I (dirujuk) to here on February 2015.”
Therapist : “ and then, apa yang telah kamu lakukan sebelum kesini?”
Daughter : “we went to neurology’s and my mom got rontgen on her backside,
here.”
Therapist : “Oh, I see. And now, where did you live ma’am?”
Mom : “I live in Kampung Bunisari with my husband, sir.”
Therapist : “I see, how many child you have, ma’am?”
Mom : “I have 4 sons and daughter, and 3 grandchildren.”
Therapist : “is your husband smoking?”
Mom : “yes, sir.”
Therapist : ok then, Let me check you, Ma’am. Can yoou lying on the bed,
please?”
Daughter : “Sure.”
Mom : *laying on the bed*
Therapist : *doing general examination(blood pressure, RR, HR, Temperature)*
Daughter : “oh, sir, actually we bring my mom rontgent result, here”
Therapist : “oh you bring it! May I see the result after this?”
Daughter : “sure!”
Therapist : “it’s done, Ma’am. But, you can stay here. Because I want to see the
rontgen result first and after that I will start to check you again. ”
Therapist : *cheking the rontgen result* “Ma’am, sorry would you please sit on the
bed and then do lying face up on the bed? I want to check your
movement.”
Mom : *sitting on the bed and then laying on the bed*
Therapist : “ok, now please do lying face down.”
Mom : * ying face down*
Therapist : “good, now can you back to lying face up and then sitting on the
pinggir bed?”

*Therapist stand beside Mrs. Lusi*

Therapist : “Ma’am, I am sorry, let me check your back pain, ok? “

Mom : “yes, sir.”

*Therapis palpasi Mrs. Lusi’s back*

Mom : “ouch! It’s so hurt me, sir!”

Therapist : “sorry, Ma’am. From 1 until 10, how bad that pain hurt you?”
Mom : “ I think 6, sir.”
Therapist : “ok, now please follow my instruction, Ma’am.”
Mom : “yes, sir!”
Therapist : “sorry, Ma’am.”

*Therapist do ROM exercise, stretching and MMT on Mrs. Lusi*

Therapist : okay, its all done,ma’am

How do you feel now? Is it feel better ma’am?
Mom : yeah, I feel better now sir
Doughter : are you sure mom? Already feel better?
Mom : not too much dear, but yeah , feel alittle better than this morning.
Therapist : okay, ma’am , don’t carrying the heavy stuff for awhile, oke?
I want to suggest you to do a little exercise at home,like stretching your
back side.
Mom : oke Sir,thankyou very much
Therapist : oke, see you next week ma’am
Daughter : theankyou sir 😊
