Insomnia

Insomnia is a sleep disorder where people have trouble when they fall asleep or while sleeping. Or
insomnia can be defined as a condition that is difficulty to falling asleep in the night. This condition
makes you unable to sleep even when you want to fall asleep. There are many people have experience
with this sleep disorders. And the symptoms of this disorder may include

- difficulty staying asleep in throughout the night

- waking up too early in the morning

- when you wake up your body feels tired

- sleepy and tired during the day

- easy to get angry

- feeling anxious and nervous

- hard to focus and to remembering

- accompained by headaches

What Causes Insomnia

to sleep. It can help to control or eliminate negative thoughts and worries that keep awake. It may also
involve eliminating the cycle that can develop where someone worry so much about getting to sleep that
can't fall asleep.

There are many different types of sleep aids insomnia. Determining which medication may be right fir
one depends on insomnia symptoms and many different health factors. This is why its important to
consult with a doctor before taking a sleep aid.
