Insomnia is a sleep disorder where people have trouble when they fall asleep or while sleeping. Or
insomnia can be defined as a condition that is difficulty to falling asleep in the night. This condition
makes you unable to sleep even when you want to fall asleep. There are many people have experience
with this sleep disorders. And the symptoms of this disorder may include
- accompained by headaches
- medical conditions : brain lesions, tumor, stroke, chronic pain and etc.
- behavior : eating too much late in the evening, consuming caffeine, nicotine and alcohol, poor sleep
habits
Consequences of Insomnia
This disorder is a condition associated with negative consequences, and importantly, these
consequences are not a normal result of the condition but rather the result of some sort of pathological
issues.

to sleep. It can help to control or eliminate negative thoughts and worries that keep awake. It may also
involve eliminating the cycle that can develop where someone worry so much about getting to sleep that
can't fall asleep.

one depends on insomnia symptoms and many different health factors. This is why its important to
consult with a doctor before taking a sleep aid.
