 JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.
Knowledgeable in CAD and MS Office
At least 5-7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledgeable in Architectural, Fit out, MEPFS in midrise and high rise projects.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering -
Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Can start ASAP

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Site monitoring and supervision
Overall execution of all construction activities and operations in accordance to the contract schedule and
technical specs and cost
Evaluate project status and recommend actions and control measures for proper project
accomplishment
Evaluate, check and verify site/project accomplishment.
Utilize manpower for efficient delivery of accomplishments
