Working near live plant Special attention shall be undertaken in the area
with closed/full supervision.

and followed while working in the area
Possible clash to underground services Ensure that underground services properly
demarked and as built drawing was with the
supervisor in the area.
If buried services identified in the area it is
suggested to used approve chisel to used for
digging to minimized accidental penetration to
existing line.

Workers shall be oriented what buried cable
demarcation tape looks like and what buried
services looks like
Ensure that buried cable was properly identified
and confirm from BHPB electrical department. If
required tracer will then be used.
