Vide reference-2 cited above, Railway Board has approved the proposal of Pre Pre NI/Pre NI/NI working for 19 days for
commissioning of double line working between STUR-PRCA stations.
 
Pre Pre NI / Pre NI / NI working programme for STUR-PRCA Doubling project
Pre-pre NI for 5 days from 17.01.2020 to 21.01.2020.
Pre- NI for 5 days from 22-01-2020 to 26-01-2020.
NI for 07 days from 27.01.2020 to 02-02-2020.
CRS Inspection from 03.02.2020 to 04.02.2020.

To take up the above programme, the following changes in train services are planned.
 
Coaching Repercussions:- Summary of the changes in Coaching train services is given below.

Freight Repercussions:
1.     Stock bound to SBC & MYS Divisions and also towards RTPM to be diverted via GDR instead of NLPD.
2.     During the period AC traction via NLPD-NDL to be avoided for ease of operations.
3.     GTL division may have to hand over stock with DSL multiples during NI period for interchange at NLPD and for run
through between NLPD-STUR stretch duly avoiding banking requirement.
 
The nature of Block, cancellation / Partial Cancellation / Re-scheduling / Regulation of trains are given Annexure- 1
CPRO/SCR is requested to give wide publicity in press and electronic media.
It is requested to arrange entering the data/bulk SMS regarding coaching train regulation to ICMS, Passenger
Information System, IVRS, All India Net working (139), in News Papers, AIR, TV and putting up manuscript notices on
Notice Boards in bold capital letters at prominent locations, etc. and all the passengers of the Train should be intimated
through SMS on their mobile phones & frequent announcement through PA system at stations etc.. for convenience of
passengers.
