Instruction to be followed before taking jobs:

• Every evening after completing your job/jobs, please visit or call the dispatcher
for tomorrow’s schedule. Dispatch No 202-509-9608
• After receiving Text message/email/information for the job, please confirm with
the dispatcher that you have received all the required information for the job
given.
• Set a wake-up call time with the dispatcher before hand, also set your alarms to
minimize any unfortunate network glitch.
• Dispatch Fee is $25 Min Insurance payment will be $25 from driver .

Instruction to be followed before arriving/leaving for the job:

• First call When Wake up call dispatcher 202-509-9608

• 2nd call Inform dispatcher that you are on the way (wake up call does not means
on the way)
• 3rd call 15-10 minutes prior to pick-up location inform the dispatcher that you are
almost there.
• 4th call job done in case additional stop or waiting time .Driver must get signature
from passenger for all additional service otherwise no payment

Note:
- If the above instruction not followed additional $25 Dispatch fee will be charged
every week for the individuals.
- |I case driver late for the pick-up, resulting discount or free ride to the passenger,
the loss/discount for this trip. Driver not be paid for this trip. In case passenger
make any legal obligation for flight miss or business loss driver is responsible for
all fees or losses

Hourly Trips and Limo/Bus Transfers:

o Driver to report at the “pickup Vehicle location ;ike l;imo or bus ” 1 hours prior
to the services. If pick up is withing 10 to 20 mile radius or accordingly. Drivers
must have Black Berry or email accessible devices during the jobs.
Note:
- Driver late 15min for the pick-up his/her driver will not be paid for next45
minute .In case passenger claims discount the amount of discount will be drivers
liability to pay the company.

Hourly Rates for Bus and Limo:

- 3 Hours Minimum Limo/Bus = $20/Hour

- 2 Hours Minimum Sedan/Van/SUV = $20/Hour

- For the Bus/limo/Sedan in 20miles of radius the pay will be minimum 3 hours
with the rate $20.hour include gratuity .Incase pass ask gratuity include you mus
say yes .All additional gratuity paid to driver will be driver .Incase passenger
make dispute about additional cash driver can keep only $10 as gift from
company side and rest of money will be credited back to customer and taken from
driver pay

- For the Bus/limo more than 20miles of radius the pay will be minimum 4 hours
with the rate $20.hour include gratuity . Some time jobis affiliate or company did
not charge gratuity or discounted fare to passenger driver will be paid same fare
and company will pay gratuity to make his $20 per hour

Note:
- No driver should exceed the service hours without informing the dispatch
- The $20/Hour pay includes the 20% gratuity we charge to passenger, so
giving false explanation to the passenger will be considered as an
unprofessional business practice.

Please inform the passenger for extra hour’s fees:

* All Inclusive = Including gratuity, taxes and admin fees and fuel charge. Pass will be
charged 30 minute increment . Grace period is 10 minute . In case job finished b/w 15
and 30 Minute pass will be billed only for 30 minute and driver will be paid for 30
minute . If Job finished B/W 35 and 59 minute Pass will be billed for full hour and driver
will be paid for full hour . Driver must take signature and complete trip sheet to avoid
conflict with pass enger

Airport transfer pay schedule for Sedan

* All Locations are centered from Washington DC to the mentioned point.Below fare and
all above fare include 20% gratuity .In case pass ask gratuity included you must tell him
YES. Driver can not ask , claim gratuity or extra tip from pass UNLESS pass clear
intention to pay him extra . HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY .In case Driver ask or
claim extra gratuity from passenger .Driver must explain to company why he expect extra
gratuity

All driver sedan/limo/bus 15 days check will behind pay schedule isas follows
1-15th of every month pay check is due end of month
16th to 31st pay check is due 16 th of the month . Incase pay day is Friday or sat, or
Sunday , it will be paid on Monday .Check can be mail or pick up from office

 CDL Driver Pay

Cdl driver job is contract by trip and will be issued 1099Misc at end of financial

Year and they will be responsible for all taxes paid to state and federal .

Hourly Job

Job start at pick up location and finish at drop off location within 20 mile radius .

Job can be transfer or multiple trip within 5 to 10 mile radius of pick up location ,
Driver will be paid min 3 hour .Trip can be from 30 minute to 3 hour . If trip is
longer than 3 hour driver will be paid 4 hour. In case passenger use additional time
than 4 hour driver will be paid in 15 minute increment. Hourly Payis $20 per hour
include gratuity . In case pass ask gratuity is included driver must say yes
.Additional gratuity paid to driver belong to driver . Incase passenger make dispute
driver did not inform passenger reeceived more than $10 as gratuity . Customer will
be credit back to gratuity and deducted from driver pay . In case job is affiliate or
company did not charge gratuity driver will be paid same rate and company will
pay gratuity to make his $20 per hour .Still driver have no right to demand or
claim gratuity .

No Show

In case passenger do not show at pick up location or do not use service and driver is
at pick up location and within 20 mile radius driver will be paid no show 3 hour
even though trip schedule is longer hour.

Transfer rate

Dc To Dc trip length 1-3 hour Min 3 hour $20 per hour

Dc to Union Station /Reagn national/Dulles airport or area between Dc and Dulles
airport is 3 Hour . In case trip will be more than 4 hour , driver will be paid 4 hour .
Out side area Job
In case job is out side area B/w 30 and 50 Mile radius there is one hour travel time .
Late Arrival
In case driver get late from job more than 10 minute first hour will be offered free
to customer .Company will not be paid driver will not be paid for that hour unless
passenger agreed for additional time use and make no complain
