General Objectives: within 8 hours of clinical exposure duty at Butuan Medical Center; Blue Station, I will be able to:

1. Manage and assist my staff nurses according to the knowledge and skills I’ve acquired during our previous lessons and discussion of
leadership and management;
2. Enhance and improve my knowledge and skills being an expected and responsible student head nurse;
3. Keep on trucking to enhance and improve in delivering safe and effective nursing therapeutic care;
4. Make certain all the data and information that been gather and going to engage in the chart are all exhaustive and legitimate prior to
endorsing to the charge nurse on duty;
5. Carry out the management plan throughout this shift and invoke nursing interventions persuasively;

Within 8 hours of clinical exposure at Butuan Medical Center; Blue Station, the student staff nurses will be able to:

1. Have recourse to avail oneself to of the knowledge, skills and attitude obtained through previous lectures, orientations, and clinical
exposure;
2. Utilize knowledge gained through engaging nursing process in carrying out doctors order and all nursing actions;
3. Persist to cultivate an attitude of inquiring and passion in the delivery of safe and effective therapeutic nursing care;
4. Provide and deliver quality of care to their respective patients;
5. Contribute health teachings with the patients as well as to the significant others according to the problems being identified;
