Detailed Description

This file is written specifically for the desktop Intel® 945G, 945GC, 945GT, and 945GZ Express Chipsets and
the Mobile Intel® 940GML, 943GML, 945GM, and 945GMS Express Chipsets. View the README file for
installation information and the RELEASE NOTES for driver version details. This driver package contains the
version 14.32.4 drivers for Windows* XP.

Purpose

This download record provides the Realtek* audio driver version 6201 for Intel® Desktop Boards.

Download the file that applies to your operating system:

AUD_Vista_Win7_6.0.1.6201_PV.exe – for Windows 7* or Windows Vista*

AUD_XP_5.10.0.6201_PV.exe – for Windows XP*

Additional Notes

IMPORTANT: Audio drivers may fail to install in Windows* XP 64-Bit Edition. Symptoms may include error
messages, such as "Error in installation" or "Unknown error". Microsoft's Update for Windows XP x64 Edition
(KB901105) fixes this issue. After installing this update, the audio drivers for Windows XP 64-Bit Edition will
successfully install.

Detailed Description

Installs base drivers, Intel® PROSet for Windows* Device Manager, Advanced Networking Services (ANS),
and SNMP for Intel® network adapters for Windows* 2000.

FINAL RELEASE supporting Microsoft Windows 2000*. Microsoft Windows 2000* is not supported in
software versions higher than version 14.0.

Download the self-extracting archive and run it. When you run it, it will extract the files to a temporary
directory, run the installation wizard, and remove the temporary files when the installation is complete.

See Readme.htm if you want to extract the files Without installing.
