公司现有专业的机械设计、电气设计、铸造工艺工程师17名，积累的丰富额研发、生产、安装、调试、服务经

Established in 2007，Qingdao Shengmei Machinery Co., Ltd is the national high-tech enterprises, and the standing
council member of China LFC&VPC foundry institution. Over the past decade, Sandry has been focusing on R&D,
manufacturing the Vacuum process, LFC, resin sand regeneration and other casting equipment and various types
of dust removal equipment.
Now we have an engineer team with more than 10 technical staffs owning professional mechanical design ability,
electrical design ability, casting technology guiding ability. Unitl now, we have accumulated a wealth of R&D,
manufacture, installation, commissioning, and after-sale service experience. As a high-tech enterprises, we have
gained 18 utility model design patens and passed ISO90001, SGS, BV etc.
Along with sandry’s development, on the occasion of the tenth anniversary in 2017, Sandry has a total of more than

V法铸造，又称真空密封造型，采用不含任何粘结剂的干砂造型，利用塑料薄膜密封，依靠真空泵形成铸型内外的压力差，使干砂

S89系列沸腾冷却床是目前干砂砂温冷却效果最好的一种砂温调
节装置，采用高压风机作动力，使干砂在沸腾状态下与水管里的
水进行热交换，规格有5t/h、10t/h、20t/h、30t/h、60t/h。
