The Port De Lamer Project is located in Dubai and situated between Pearl Jumeirah Island and Jumana
Island which is an extension of La Mer project. The project main component is consisting of Shore Protection,
Beach, Reclamation & Soil Improvement, Quay Wall, Crown Wall and Piling. The Project includes reclamation
of approx...160,000 square meter land area, construction of 1.7km long Breakwater/Shore Protection. Ample
scope of Offshore and Onshore work execution.

• Drafting and detailing of Shop Drawings, which includes Marine works, Steel Structure, Crown
wall and Quay wall etc...
• Reviewing Contracts Drawings and producing Design Drawings and Shop Drawings as per the
Client’s / Engineer's
requirements.
• Preparing working Drawings for the Site Engineer.
• Co-ordinate with design team for the shop drawings production

LA MER Project general scope of work includes demolition & removal of existing three Breakwaters- North, South
& the Central Breakwater, in addition to the construction of Rock Revetment around the footprint of the new
North Peninsula, South Peninsula & Headland. The Scope includes dredging & reclamation works, beach
nourishment & re-profiling.
• Drafting and detailing of Shop Drawings, which includes Marine works, Steel Structure and
other related elements.
• Reviewing Contracts Drawings and producing Design Drawings and Shop Drawings as per the
Client’s / Engineer's requirements.
