INTRODUCTION OF LOANS MANAGEMENT

The loan management component enables you to manage both simply structured loan such as consumer loan and
complex loans such as mortgage loan.

For mortgage loans, Loans Management offers functions for mapping the complete loan process for loans given and
loans taken, from entering data on a potential contract right through to contract disbursement and the data transfer to
Financial Accounting. It incorporates complex collateral management functions, support for decision-making and a range
of options for tailoring your contracts.

3- Is global parameter main company code wise interest ki setting update with interest rates maintained
automatically set kareinge kyon k wohh value of flows jis k interest rate abhi tak adjusted nahi hoye hain wohh
automatically apne interest rates calculate kar k le ayega

STEP 2 : General Installation Parameters

Is activity main hum General Parameters set kartey hain such as Currency jo zayada tar standard ki rehti hain

STEP 3 : Optimize Performance

Is activity main hum kuch measure select kartey hain jo system ki performance ko enhance karti hai because jab cash
flow trigger ho or system planned record update kare tou performance slow na ho. is ki bhi setting client level per ek
dafa hoti hai

 Mandatory Customer walay Business partner role se system automatically Customer create kardega jab Optional
waley se app ki marzi se create hoga.
 Optional waley se jab app ko customer create karna ho tou Customer : General Data tab main ja kar entry karein
customer create hojayega
 Loan contract k liye humare pass option hai k kis waqt system customer create kare Contract or Company code k
status ko dekhtey hoye.

 Cash flow or posting 2 indicators se control hoti hai jo flow type ko assign hoti hai
o Flow Category : Flow Category position management of internal program logic ko control karta hai
o Calculation category : Yeh Processing of Cash flow ko control karta hia
