GENERAL INTRODUCTION
Weltech Machines is the name of excellent performance and accuracy in the world
for cable processing machineries. It is introduced itself as a manufacturer of manual,
semi and fully automatic coiling machine, Manual & automatic Dual take up and Pay
off with dancer for coiling of wire. it blessed with a strong infrastructure facility and is
supported by the skilled workforce for efficient production and services.
AUTOMATIC COILING MACHINE
Auto coiler is a mechanism of high speed coiling
of PVC insulated house wire with accuracy of
± 0.05% the coiling speed of wire is 300 mtrs.per
minutes. It is fully automatically controlled with
PLC and driven by 5 HP AC motor. Counter pulley
and electromagnetic break is also provided to
get the desired length of wire. Traverse unit is
fixed to wind layer to layer winding along with
this double safety measures are provided as
proximity and limit switches. For easy operation
human machine interface is also provided on
control box . Pneumatic disc break used for fast
breaking to get high accuracy. Single pneumatic
moving arm is given for fast coil shifting.

ACCUMULATOR WITH DANCER

Accumulator dancer with 12 aluminum pulleys is capable to
accumulate 18 m wire during speed ramp up and slow down.
Pay Off Unit
Fully automatic Bobbin driven pay off with
5 hp AC motor controlled by servo
potentiometer, Bobbin is pneumatically
lifting and both side gripping with pintle.
Driven side of pintle is fixed with shaft and
free side operated with hand leaver for
bobbin gripping.

Basic Technical Specification

1. Pay-off bobbin size 630 mm diameter, 500 mm width, pintle 40 mm dia. or as per
customer requirement.
2. Coil size ID 100 mm, OD 300 mm maximum, and thickness 50 mm.
3. Wire size 1 sq. mm to 6 sq. mm.
4. Machine speed approx 300 Meter per minute.
5. Accumulator Dancer unit 6 fix and 5 moving pulleys with diameter 250 mm
accumulate approximate 18 meter Wire.
6.AC Drive used for coiler 5 HP, Pay-off 5 HP, Travers Unit 0.5 HP Total Load 10.5
HP, 440 Volt AC, 50 Hz.
7. Coiling Speed 150 coil per hour approx for 90 meter Length at ideal condition.
8. Attached PLC and HMI (Touch Screen) for automatic operations, touch screen
display line speed, fault of machine, length of coil, no. of coils and also preset length
of coil.
9. Platform height 900 mm.
10. Overall Space required 5 m X 1.5m X 2.2 m of machine

Machine Working Specification

Loading of bobbin on pay off is fully automatic, controlled pneumatically and also
hold the bobbin pneumatically by pintles, Automatic Caliper breaks are provided to
stop immediate working of pay off and auto coiler. Initially wire goes to coiling
machine from pay off manually through accumulator dancer, counter pulley and
telescopic tube and then command to machine for automatic coiling.
