For a Subcontractor’s = employees, the insurance may be effected by the Subcontractor, but the Contractor shall he responsi for compliance with this Clause Force Majeure 19.4 In this Clause, "Force Majeure” means an exceptional event or circumstance: Definition of Force Majeure (2) which is beyond a Party's contra! The notice ehall be given within 14 daye after the Party became aware, or should have become aware, of the relevant event ar circumstance constituting Force Majeure. 56
