Worked for Dell EMC as a Data Analyst (Total Work Exp: 2 years and 5 months)
Collected and analyzed the data on established and prospective customer, competitor and marketing channel. Prepared reports
that interpret the customer behavior that effect the marketing results, trends.
Functional Area (Project Management)- Collect the Data from the production arrays , Server and Analyze the trend. Based on
the Mathematical Analysis and Interpretation, we suggest business whether to ask or not to for an upgrade or to propose a
new solution to the customer.
Interact with Product team and prepare a model for customers opting services by Dell.
Functional Area- Prepared the Pricing strategy for pricing team to reduce the CAC. Created Dashboards to check the CAC,
Verification ratio, Verified Job Post per city per UTM Source to create different campaign accordingly.
Formed different campaign to gain more customers/employers. Worked with Advertisement team and created a funnel
analysis for the customer/employer coming from different ads using Event Analytics, how to improve the pricing model.
Insight: Analyzed the current pricing strategy/offerings and CAC. Retained genuine employer coming from different UTM
Sources (Campaign) from Major city and created a dashboard (hour, day, week, city, UTM source, actual, verified, retained, and
payed (Payment cohort of 7 days)). Provided the feedback to Product Team, to bring new pricing models for employers for
specific city as the number of Job Posting are less and customers are more cause of which payment cohort is falling for specific
city.
Skills and Tools: Hypothesis testing, Google Sheet, PostgreSQL, Python, Clevertap and Amplitude.
Insight: Created a dashboard which give insights to CAC ratio day, city wise. Created a funnel analysis after a customer lands on
a specific page with UTM source. Example- Funnel analysis of the number of employer successfully posting a job after landing on
the (landing page/Job Post Page/filled all the information/successfully posted a job) using event analytics. Later, gave insights to
the product team where which channel is performing bad and suggested then marketing team to increase the amount in specific
UTM source channel in specific city to gain more users.

Insight: Analyzed the current offering from Dell EMC for the customers and how many customers are opting for it. Later, created
a Decision tree model to check the number of customers falling as per decision tree created. Later formed, specific strategy for
specific customer falling under and out of model formed.

Received Bronze Award for Q3 of 2017 by helping SE achieving $150K deal by reducing operating costs by 15%. Furnish
insights, analytics, and business intelligence needed to guide decisions.
