AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

That I, Trixie Mattel, 26 year old, single, Filipino, and a resident of Unit 604, GA Tower 2,
Brgy.Malamig, Mandaluyong City, after having been sworn to in accordance with law hereby
depose and say:
1. That I am currently a waitress of The Palace Pool Club located at Taguig City for 1 year
and 6 months and I was on duty on 02 March 2020 from 6 o’clock in the evening until 2
o’clock the next morning at the said club.

2. That on said date at around 8:30 in the evening, two ladies entered the said club. One was
wearing a black dress with her hair tied in a ponytail. She was also wearing a pair of
glasses at that time. The other was wearing a dark-green blouse and black skirt with a
loose hair.

3. That while I was serving drinks to the two ladies, I heard one of them say, “Girl, wala na
akong pang-tuition. Kailangan na ba nating rumaket ulit?” and the other told her that she
knows of a fast way to get money.

4. That after approximately 30 minutes, two gentlemen entered the said club. One was
wearing a light blue polo and black pants. The other was wearing a navy blue long
sleeves and black slacks. Both of them were wearing glasses at that time.

5. That the two gentlemen approached the bar to chat with Trevor Torres, the bartender. A
few minutes later, the two ladies also approached the bar. The latter asked Trevor to
introduce them to the two gentlemen. Trevor agreed.

6. That the two gentlemen introduced themselves as Bogart Dimalanta and Conrado
Montemayor and the two ladies introduced themselves as Arlene Batlangao and Clarisse
Cabalona. After they got acquainted, Bogart and Conrado ordered Bacardi drinks for
Arlene and Clarisse.

7. That while the four of them were having their conversation, I saw Arlene and Clarisse
take Conrado and Bogart’s phone from their pockets, respectively. After which, the four
of them parted ways.
I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and to support the filing
of the Criminal Cases against Arlene Batlangao and Clarisse Cabalona for violations of Article
308 of the Revised Penal Code.

In witness whereof, I hereunto affix my signature this 3rd day of March 2020, at Taguig City.
