How the behavior or characteristics acquired by the officials are manifested, with the stress in

The stress dates back to the 1930s, where a young 20-year-old Austrian medical student, Hans
Selye (1926) began to develop his theory about the influence of stress on the ability of people to
mold themselves as a result of their diseases, It was observed that all the patients he studied
presented a variety of common and general ailments.

Selye called this collection "general adaptation syndrome" I separate the physical effects of stress
of other symptoms suffered by their patients. Through his research, he observed that his patients
suffered physical disorders that were not directly caused by their disease; From there, stress has
been applied in the study of various medical disciplines, Biological and psychological with the
application of various technologies.

Stress oriented goals in a valuable motivational instrument, but it can also plunge us into
depression and lead us to suicide, however we don't recognize that we suffer from stress, what is
more common is to deny and ignore it, Three phases in the production of stress have been
identified:

1. The resistance state: the person remains active while stimulation lasts, appearing the first
symptoms of fatigue.
2. Exhaustion phase: the resistance level ends up running out, suffering physical problems,
psychic and becoming something dangerous.
3. Alarm reaction: the organism when threatened by circumstances which physiologically
alters and activates a series of glands especially hypothalamus and pituitary gland and the
adrenal glands, these hormones are responsible for all economies bodily of the body
prepares to respond and increase Heart rate and blood pressure.

For that reason, it has been decided to investigate what are these characteristics or behaviors
that are evidence in the officials with the stress of zone 2 of the ESE ISABU.
