MECAGREEN 400

METAL WORKING
PRESENTATION PRODUCT BENEFITS
MECAGREEN 400 is a coolant, water based lubricant, with
renewable raw materials.
MECAGREEN 400 is a concentrate; water soluble.  Decrease consumption
 Particularly suitable for
APPLICATIONS aluminums alloys and stainless
steels
 Any type of machining for removal of metal.
 Centerless grinding at high speed.  With renewable raw materials
 Particularly suitable for aluminums alloys and stainless steels.  NO FOAMING
 Individual or centralized tank

ADVANTAGES
 Economic:  Foaming: High resistance to foaming :
 Decrease product consumption by the chips  No foaming in soft and hard water
 Decrease the water consumption per evaporation  No “mechanical” foaming (cf. equipments and pressure)
 Environment: MECAGREEN 400 is designed with renewable
 Performance: MECAGREEN 400 is a universal product; it raw materials (synthetic esters of vegetable origin)
represents the technical solution most adapted for customers
 Very pleasant at use:
machining any type of metals
 Odourless
 Highly dispersing: prevents build up on tools.
 Security: does not contain phenolics, nitrites, glycol ethers like
 Easy filtration by the usual means
ethylene glycol, DEA, formaldehyde, heavy metals, silicones 
See the Safety Data Sheets, or to consult us for more information.  Degreasing of the machined parts:  With CONDACLEAN
LC 1547
