Dear Sir,
With reference to detailed discussion and meeting with your team members on 5 th
November 2019, please find below the detailed techno commercial offer,
PART A TECHNICAL
Basis of Offer
This offer is prepared based on basic engineering carried out by us (of which
payment is yet to be agreed and accepted within us and made), and scope of work
agreed between us on 5th November 2019.
All clear inputs mentioned in MOM of meeting conducted on 5 th November 2019 shall
be made available before start of work.
The following engineering deliverables and activities are considered in agreed scope
of work.

Project co-ordination
1) All inputs will be made available. Any additional input that may be required
will be informed later.
2) All PFD / PID editable (native/ AUTOCAD) files (if any) prepared by Equinox
will be available.
3) Editable (native / AUTOCAD) file all existing equipment layout, piping GAD’s,
piping isometrics, support layouts and drawings etc., will be made available
from client. Drafting in AUTOCAD of existing drawings is excluded from
scope of work. If this drafting work has to be carried out then all till date as-
built of such drawings shall be made available in PDF formats and will be
drafted as new drawings at extra cost and will be schedule impact.
4) Scope of work (activities and deliverables) as mentioned above is
considered. Any extra scope will have cost and schedule impact.
5) One (1) PID each for CBD / OWS is considered from scratch in scope of
work. However, PDF file of these PIDs shall be made available.
6) No other activity scope is considered for CBD / OWS network.
7) Preparation of as-built drawings and documentation is presently excluded
from scope of work. If required as-built documentation will be prepared
based on mark-up received from construction contractor at extra cost.
8) Any drawing / document required by Indian government statutory bodies is
excluded from scope of work.
9) For all documents original + one revision is considered.
10) Stress analysis of twenty (20) lines is considered. Any extra work related
with stress analysis will be carried out at extra cost and will have schedule
impact.
11) Adequacy check of existing steel structure (structure analysis) due to
addition of four (4) new heat exchangers is not considered in scope of work.
12) Procurement assistance (MR/PR Preparation, TBA, Vendor Drawing checking
and approval etc.) for all bought out items is not considered in scope of
work. These activities can be included in scope at extra cost and schedule
impact.
13) It is assumed that the new structure will be installed for new heat
exchangers.

Project Schedule
The engineering of the project will be completed in three (3) months’ time after
issue of confirmed purchase order / advance payment, clear inputs from client and
initial site visit / meeting.
Zero Date of Project will start after issue of confirmed purchase order,
availability of clear inputs from client, advance payment and initial site visit /
meeting.
